M3 Marine Expertise (M3ME), a part of the M3 Marine Group, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development / Sales Manager to lead our local and global business initiatives and drive M3ME’s growth. This position requires an expert with a solid understanding of the offshore energy industry. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of business development, a drive to succeed, and a results-oriented approach.
- Be expanding our business through new clients in the commercial market across the geographic regions.
- Proactively supporting the growth of the revenue stream in close collaboration with the team by arranging meetings with potential clients, identifying new business prospects, developing the company's image, and engaging in business development, sales and lead generation activities.
- Manage strategic partnerships to drive local and global business growth.
- Analysis of markets and trends.
- Collaborate with team to create mutually valuable proposals.
- Actively participate in communications and networking activities (e.g., events, tradeshows, conferences, exhibits).
- Maintain up-to-date records of new contacts, clients, prospects, business proposals, and pipelines
Essential Expertise and Qualities
• Knowledge of Offshore Energy Support Vessels (AHT, AHTS, PSV, Subsea, Renewables Vessels).
• Strong understanding of the Offshore Energy industry trends.
• At least 3 years of business development experience in the same industry is preferred.
• Proven track record of successful B-to-B solutions implementation.
• Have an established local network of potential clients.
• Ability to engage decision-makers, understand their needs, and provide value-added solutions.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proactive approach to business.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to operate outside of office hours to accommodate clients from various time zones.
