You will be responsible for delivering specialized direct and indirect nursing care, as well as patient education, through the management, coordination, and evaluation of care activities for patients undergoing endoscopy and radiology procedures. Job Description:

Job Requirements:

Business partnering to relevant stakeholders, mainly WS for closing, forecasting, budgeting, credit risk assessment, driving collection plans, reviewing customer level margins and credit exposure and ensuring overall compliance to Finance SOPs etc. Ensure sufficiency of credit risk coverage with 3rd party insurer, any other credit risk exposure to follow proper SOPs.

Ensure accurate and overall compliance in export sales to Europe.

Knowledge of handling of export letter of credit is a plus.

Task 3: Reporting
Ensure timely reporting in HFM for Singapore business, performing system run consolidation for EC/RT/WS business on a monthly basis. Own the SG PnL and Balance Sheet reporting to Region, this includes commentaries on m-o-m and y-o-y performance/movements for actuals vs forecast, Intercompany matching and reconciliation as well.

PIC for maintenance of local GL account mapping against Global account codes in Oracle DRM. Overall control in HFM and FPT system. Other ad-hoc reporting requirements from Global/Region, e.g. license, sponsoring, etc.

Task 4: Others

Liaise with internal/external auditors, tax agents, corp secretary, regional and global finance team. Assist in preparation and statutory filling of financial statements. Review and approve payments. Any other tasks as assigned (e.g. stock counts, FA sighting, special projects etc).

Job Requirements:

The Job:

• Oversee the tracking of all outgoing shipments to guarantee timely execution and delivery
• Plan, coordinate, and schedule export shipments to meet specified timelines
• Optimize freight and related costs through the strategic scheduling and consolidation of export shipments
• Process and prepare shipments within the system and ensure declared permits comply with Singapore Customs regulations
• Timely processing of all returns (both inter-company & Export Wholesalers)
• Update the inbound shipment database daily and ensure no discrepancies
• Strategically plan, enhance recording, maintain cost-effective buffer stock levels, and conduct monthly accounting for the re-export of CITES to regional markets
• Handle ATA Carnet applications, monitor renewals and return status, work with stakeholders to address discrepancies, ensure accurate completion by customs and guarantee compliance with regional guidelines for ATA Carnet hand-carry
• Assess and review forwarding agents' performance and service, and support in sourcing and selecting new agents
• Organize CITES for local and overseas shipments, manage the Claims Database with monthly updates, and coordinate secure transportation for Brands events and photoshoots
• Prepare export shipment, lead-time performance, and CITES purchase and usage reports
• Identify staff training needs, foster team building and leadership, and manage staff including recruitment and development
• Meet or exceed set targets and KPIs, satisfy stakeholder requirements, and achieve a rating above 3.5 in the yearly satisfaction survey

The Talent:

• Degree in any discipline
• Prior experience in logistics for luxury retail/consumer goods is an added advantage
• Must have experience in leading a team
• Ensure compliance with all customs regulations (local, national, and international regulations)

The Duty Manager works under the supervision of the Acting Assistant Front Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the front office including night shift if applicable, ensuring the smooth delivery of exceptional services to property's guests/customers. The Duty Manager often meets or liaises with other executives or managers of the various departments to satisfy guests/customers' requests, handle VIP arrivals, collaborate effectively on usage of function and catering space, manage security issues and any matters concerning guests’ undesirable conduct in rooms or public areas. The Duty Manager is required to have a good working knowledge of the Property Management System or other hotel reservation software to meet the challenging demands of his/her work responsibilities and may be required to assist in reception, concierge, reservations, housekeeping, budgeting matters and food and beverage operations. He/She also analyses market/industry trends and potential customers to suggest appropriate proposals to enhance branding and revenue. • Blocks special room. Requests and personally checks them prior to the arrival of guests.
