What you'll be doing
- Payroll Product system analysis and solution provider
- To be independent and an expert in HRMS Payroll related product
- Technically analyze existing payroll system, functional requirement and provide system solution or areas of impact will there be any enhancement/customization/system issues bring up by the team
- Read the system source codes and advise on the behavior or feasibility of the requirements
- Review the technical specification document and provide a detail or sufficient content to the Development Team
- Discuss and Work with Research and Development (R&D) team for any required discussion pertaining to the system and solution design
- Strictly follow the process and ensure proper documentation (functional/technical specification) is in place
- Ensure effective communication to the respective team(s) involved
- Take overall responsibility and actively follow up the tasks assigned to ensure the deadline is met
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree holder in Computing and/or Information System
- Hands-on experience in HRMS/HCM modules and technical analysis / system design experience
- Proficiency in the English language and an additional Asian language is advantageous to effectively communicate with a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
