We are looking for Senior Pilates Instructors to provide our Mandarin speaking clients with an enjoyable, energizing Pilates workout at our studios. You will be expected to foster an environment where our clients feel welcome, safe, and included. You need to have a passion to help clients improve their lives through movement.

Job Scope:

· Conduct Pilates lessons in private, semi-private or group class for clients.

· Conduct private intro session with potential new clients which will include goal assessment and making suggestions for training programs.

· Instruct and monitor clients in safe usage of Pilates equipment.

· Looking into each client’s fitness and ability level and adjust exercises and techniques accordingly including teaching clients the correct breathing patterns. This is to help clients increase lung capacity; strengthen abdominal and back muscles and improve their coordination, balance, and posture.

· Promotes and encourages clients to renew or upgrade memberships.

· Cross-selling other services and products to clients

· Maintains the cleanliness of the Pilates studios.

· Keep up to date on certifications.

· Involved in preparing and conducting workshops for clients or fellow instructors.

· Coach junior instructors in delivering good and effective Pilates services.

Requirements:

• Certified as a Pilates Instructor from an internationally recognised Pilates Institution (e.g., STOTT Pilates, Balanced Body, Polestar Pilates or other Pilates Institution).
• At least 7 years of experience in teaching Pilates.
• Trained to work with different populations, special conditions, and injuries.
• Need to be not just proficient in Mandarin but also fluent and experienced in teaching Pilates in Mandarin, including all of the technical and anatomical terms, as you will be responsible for Mandarin speaking clients.
• Able to commit to at least 150 hours of teaching per month.

· Develop CRM strategies and marketing campaigns to optimise customer retention and sales growth

· Plan and execute CRM campaigns end-to-end, including the design, processes, performance tracking, QA and ROI reporting

· Manage, plan and execute CRM and marketing campaigns on all communication channels including email, SMS, etc

· Identify and implement new cost-efficient communication channels

· Analyse existing customer data to understand customer behaviour, improve brand loyalty and gain new leads and potential customers

· Adopt new trends and strategies such as upselling and cross-selling to expand customer base

· Manage loyalty programme and member acquisition
