Purpose

The IPS Manager (Development) will help manage the Development team, whose primary responsibility is to build strong bonds and networks with existing and prospective donors with a view to raising funds for the Institute and its projects. This position will contribute to identifying opportunities, developing and executing campaigns, and managing the day-to-day functions of the team.

Key criteria for success

After 12 months in the position, you will have worked together with the IPS Associate Director (Development) and team to meet the following targets:

▪ Meet team fundraising targets for the IPS Corporate Associates programme and annual projects such as the Singapore Perspectives Conference.
