Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management:
  • Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable:
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payment of invoices and accurate tracking of outstanding receivables.
  • Reconcile client accounts and vendor statements, resolving discrepancies as needed.
  • Assist with billing processes, ensuring proper invoicing for consultancy services provided.
• Tax and Compliance:
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax returns and compliance with relevant tax regulations.
  • Assist with audits, internal reviews, and the preparation of year-end financial documentation.
• Process Improvement:
  • Identify areas for improving accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Implement and maintain accounting software tools, ensuring they are utilized effectively across the firm.
• Team Collaboration & Mentorship:
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., consulting, HR, operations) to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA,LCCI) is a plus.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior accounting role, preferably in a consultancy or service-based industry.
  • Experience with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting platforms) is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards.
• Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), with advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).

• To report to or work with Senior Technical Manager and /or BD Manager, and carry out any other works when required
• To support tender activities when required including all related documentation works e.g. prequalification document, tender result follow up/ review/ etc
• To review tender commercial matters and liaise with commercial personnel when required
• To support others (incl. Civil, E&I etc) in tender department for various works that may need when required, including documentation

Client Management

• Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, establishing self and TEAM LEWIS as an invaluable long-term partner for marketing and communications services

Outlet Manager

Summary of Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

• Manage and coordinate daily Front of the House and Heart of the House operations with right delegation
• Monitor the reservation status and communicate with culinary team
• Plan and control manning to meet business needs and according to budget
• Check the appearance, orderliness, cleanliness and set-up of the outlet and its related areas, and be ready before 10 minutes of the commence of each meal period
• Control outsource labour supply, casual labour and overtime

• Implement, monitor, train and maintain control measures to impact food costs, beverage costs, labour costs and operating supply costs for the outlet and to be in line of budget
• Plan, implement and measure profit enhancement programmes constantly in the areas of menu engineering, profit contribution, revenue generation, productivity, pricing and costing for products used in the outlet
• Interpret financial reports: create and implement plans or promotion to improve profits for the outlet
• Compile financial data and use the data to coach the service team how to use suggestive selling to improve the overall financial performance
• Provide necessary training and guidance to F&B team and to ensure that the highest possible standards and quality of products and services offering in the premise
• Recruit, develop and retain F&B team who are competent and confident to exceed guest expectations and create successful business
• Support the F&B team to be consistent in service, use a collaborative, enabling leadership style, have regular team meeting
• Drive consistent service and process improvement, be entrepreneurial
• Use the performance review process to identify and develop talent for growth management performance issues, using a coaching styles
• Interface the needs/requirements of other departments with the F&B Service : Laundry, Property Maintenance, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Front Office, Security, Finance, T&C and Culinary

Qualifications:

-Manage day to day operations and ensure smooth running of Tree Art campus.

-Proactively engage customers and build good rapport through understanding of students and their progress development.
