We are looking for a Senior Staff Analog Layout Engineer to contribute to the development of High-Speed Connectivity, Broadband Analog and Computing/Storage-Memory Data-Transport products (including functional blocks such as high-speed digital, multi-GHz ADC/DAC, PLL/DLL serial and parallel I/O, and clock generation/distribution for custom ICs). The candidate must have a proven record of laying out high-performance analog circuits in state-of-the-art CMOS process technologies, successfully performed top-level integrations, and placed products into volume production multiple times.

What You Can Expect

• Own a chip/macro layout
• Own the overall project schedule, leveraging the design lead and layout manager as needed.
• Work effectively with various groups including layout, design, backend, frontend, ESD, packaging, CAD, etc. Represent layout within the project cross-function team with leading a team, including remote design teams
• Help implement project specific guidelines and ensure team-members follow them
• Contribute to overall team through tool testing, script development, flow documentation, training, etc.
• Keep abreast of technology and tool developments and bring new ideas to the team

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields and at least 5+ years of related professional experience.
• Deep understanding of layout methodology from initial chip planning to tape-out.
• Deep understanding parasitic optimizing in layout
• Experiences in advanced process technology and Fin-FET is preferable.
• Have a high level of proficiency in interpretation of CALIBRE DRC, ERC, LVS, etc. reports.
• Have a high-level proficiency/knowledge of Synopsys or CADENCE layout entry tools.
• Programming skills in any of the following are a plus: Skill or Ample or Perl, etc.
• Strong technical and analytical background, problem solving skills, etc.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Simulation Engineer specializing in electrochemical modeling to join our innovative Battery Material Research Division. This role is crucial in advancing simulation technologies to evaluate and optimize battery performance, safety, and longevity. Job Scope: Senior Simulation Engineer - Electrochemical Modeling

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research into battery working principles and failure mechanisms, developing multiscale and multiphysics-based battery models for rapid performance evaluation and diagnosis.
• Establish and refine electrochemical models, perform parameter determination, and execute numerical calculations and result analyses.
• Explore and implement simulation technologies to assess battery electrical performance, thermal runaway safety, and life prediction, providing actionable insights for the team.
• Utilize simulation outcomes to optimize existing product designs and propose innovative product design strategies.
• Design and execute experiments to generate data for training, validating, and testing battery models.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or relevant Engineering disciplines.
• Strong foundation in lithium-ion cell electrochemistry and mechanisms.
• Hands-on expertise with battery testing equipment, protocols, and physical-chemical evaluation techniques.
• Proficiency in electrochemical simulation and algorithm development software, such as COMSOL, MATLAB/Simulink, or equivalent tools.
• Practical experience in experimental battery research, including DOE design and analysis. Capability in electrochemical testing and analysis of battery materials.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Work as architect with system engineers to define IP specifications, architecture & test concept.
• Specify, rtl design and verify digital circuits in achieving high performance, low power, and efficient implementation for sensor IPs.
• Perform RTL design and behavioral model coding, Logic Synthesis, StaticTiming Analysis, and structural checks as LEC, Spyglass (Linting, CDC &RDC).
• Execute DFT/power integrity-related activities – Scan Insertion, ATPG &power analysis.
• Work with Physical designer to achieve timing closure and ECO fixes ifrequired.
• Conduct design reviews and support in documentation.
• Support verification engineer to define verification test items.
• Support in the roadmap formulation for the sensor IPs.
• Support view generation engineers to verify the correctness of the IPsviews.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor/Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field with a focus on electronics.
• 8+ years of professional experience in the field of Digital Design with good knowledge of EDA tools (Cadence, Synopsys)
• Proven track record to formulate digital design architecture and concept& to work together in a team of designers.
• Proficiency in System Verilog and/or Verilog/VHDL for RTL design and verification tasks
• Familiar with the entire digital design flow as in LEC, Spyglass, defining constraints for synthesis, ATPG and primetime analysis.
• A good understanding of IP development flow , chip integration,timing-analysis, and testability.
• Knowledge in mixed signal IPs like ADC, PMU, oscillator and tempsensors would be an advantage.
• Basic Knowledge about Safety and Security standards and applications(e.g. ISO 26262 and ISO21434, respectively) – would be an advantage
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
