In this role you will:

· Identify and maximize sales opportunities in wound management to achieve agreed sales target and to grow the business in accordance to strategy.

· Develop and maintain the Account Plan in order to identify potential volume.

· Promote the full range of products to Accounts, to increase sales revenue and to achieve strategic supplier status in these accounts.

· Manage an agreed and balanced number of Key accounts. As projects are realized or become reprioritized, they should be replaced by new opportunities.

· Full consultation and liaison with Sales Managers to ensure that planned activities are in line with and support over all strategies and objectives.

· Seek market information on competitor activities and products to help shape accurate strategies and marketing campaigns.

· Identify training needs to develop competencies required to improve performance and meet customer needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Minimum a Diploma in any field.

· Minimum of 3 years in Product Specialist (Sales) or equal experience in the Hospitals & Nursing Homes market will be an advantage.

Business Development Manager Responsibilities

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

Business Development Manager Requirements and skills

• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
• Proven sales track record
• Experience in customer support is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
• Proficiency in English
• Market knowledge
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport
• Time management and planning skills
• BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
• The ability to work under pressure.
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).

Job Description

• You will maintain expert-level knowledge in product / sales system
• You will facilitate and conduct functional training sessions, along with Area Managers
• You will assist section head to review and develop training programs to address skill gaps of front-line workers
• You will conceptualize and plan training materials for training programs, based on data and research
• You will oversee and direct training sessions or workshops for frontline staff
• You will research and implement technology enabled innovations
• You will work with various stakeholders in order to plan and schedule training effectively with minimum interruption to normal work as part of onboarding
• You will develop survey questions, plan implementation and conduct surveys
• You will build, collate and maintain a database of all training materials
• You will develop monitoring systems for evaluation of trainees’ skills and performances
• You will track and monitor training records

Who You Are

• You should have a degree and above in any discipline
• You should have minimum 2 years of relevant experience in training and/or HR
• You Computer skills e.g: Microsoft Office, Database and instructional software
• You will need to have experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms
• You should have strong interpersonal and communication skills
• You should be able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
• You should have excellent observance and analytical skills

The ideal candidate will lead the account development and penetration strategy for assigned territory. They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work towards client growth for revenue generation.

The Responsibilities:

• Propose & Execute business plan comprising of Product Mix, Channel Mix & Geography Mix.
• Recruit new partners and increase in-house and overall market share in the assigned territory.
• Manage Asus existing partners by driving sell-through, inventory control and sell-out plan to achieve sales target.
• Resolve all business issues with partners through effective coordination and communication- thus maintain the partner relationship to ensure sustainable business.
• Gather and monitor competitor / market information for company to take actions on pricing or promotion programs.
• Coordinate with branch channel marketing team to draw POSM requirements & device marketing plan.
• Execute marketing initiatives with marketing team to maximize brand awareness and brand image.
• Co-work with Disti team on channel development, business development & top-down channel action plans.
• Manage training for internal teams and external customers and share information with team and partners.
• Coordinate with branch service team and HQ back-office team to resolve any dispute and help partners grow business.

The Requirements:

• A self-starter who is able to work independently and engage cross-functional teams in meeting customer requirements.
• 5 years of experience in components retail channel and system builders for Senior Account Manager role
• Non-experienced candidates can be considered for Account Manager role.
• Strong PC skills preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong negotiation skills, independent and self-motivated.
• Energetic, dynamic, optimistic and customer service-oriented
• Strong analytical skill & ability to work under stress.
