• Propose upgrades to the existing system and highlight errors in metering data, erroneous data, and offline meters working alongside BMS vendors and other key stakeholders.
• Analyse and generate trend charts on energy usage for buildings from the BMS and through site walks to verify correct electrical linkages, where necessary
• Support sustainability initiatives on campus related to smart metering, smart buildings, energy management systems.
• Support project management team on new building design reviews and existing building upgrades on automated monitoring systems for water, air-conditioning, energy, and carbon.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant engineering (electrical, mechanical, power, automation, or facility management)

The role

The Senior Account Manager will be the key project contact with internal teams, clients and other agency partners/vendors, ensuring seamless communication and delivery across all projects. Job Description

This person will be working at the NUS Centre for Biomedical Ethics on the CENTRES (Clinical Ethics Network + Research Ethics Support) project. CENTRES was established in 2009 and has been funded by the Ministry of Health since its founding. CENTRES is a networking and training platform to enhance capabilities of healthcare professionals and clinical ethics committees in Singapore.

We offer a range of educational programmes targeted at members of clinical ethics committees, and more broadly healthcare professionals. These programmes are delivered fully online, hybrid (online and in-person) and fully in-person. This person will report to Dr Sumytra Menon, CENTRES Co-Director, and work closely with CBmE’s Head of Administration, Ms Connie Wu.

The main purpose of the job is for the person to provide effective administrative support to enable the CENTRES team to carry out its educational programmes and build its networks. A sliver of the administrative work will be department related.

The position is for 2 years, with the possibility of renewal if performance is satisfactory.

Responsibilities

1. Coordinates and manages the administration of our various programmatic activities. The detailed tasks include (not an exhaustive list): - engaging effectively and sensitively with partners and stakeholders

Job Description

This is an operational position within the Asia Centre for Health Security (ACHS). The incumbent will be part of the team to support the core functions of the centre. Their duties would include supporting the administration functions, conducting education and training programs, convening meetings, and secretariat functions.

Duties & Responsibilities
Working under the direction of the Director and Head of Operations at the ACHS, the Senior Executive/Assistant Manager will be part of the team to support the core duties of the centre:
a) Centre Administration
- Support researchers to draft, review, negotiate and execute research agreements by working closely with researchers, collaborators and internal and external legal offices
- Liaise and support the centre's leads and research staff to meet the centre's objectives of the centre
- Administrative support for the running of the centre, including arranging meetings, liaising with third party providers and vendors
- Support financial administration, processing of payment, procurement and budget tracking for centre expenses and donor funding
- Tracking of assets and reporting deliverables to funder

b) Education and Training and the Convening of Meetings and Roundtables
- Support Centre Leads in planning and execution of education and training activities of the centre, such as the ACHS webinar series, ACHS fellowship program, workshops on biosafety and health security law attended by local and international guests.

c) Collaboration & Partnership
- Liaise and work closely with local, regional and international partners and collaborators, this includes providing support for policy roundtables and panel discussions and the building a network of experienced experts in health security

d) Provide secretariat support for the centre (Faculty Meetings, International Advisory Panel), this includes arranging of meetings, preparation of slides, notes of meeting, communication and dissemination of information, and collation of reports

e) Work closely with other offices in the school, e.g. finance, HR, IT and GHO and university, e.g. OLA, ODPRT, CPO to take forward all administrative tasks, including discussion, collaboration and problem-solving on complex situations

Qualifications

• Applicants are expected to have at least a Bachelor degree from a recognised institution with at least five years of experience in an administrative position within the academic, research or healthcare sector

• Proven Experience in High Speed Digital board design with experience in interfacing bus standards like DDR3/4/ LVDS/MIPI/PCIe etc.
• Analog Circuit Design & Simulation
• Experience in developing complex CPU and microcontroller-based system
• Experience in dealing with regulatory requirements such as FCC/CE
• Experience in Design Tools (Altium Designer, Pads logic and layout, Allegro or OrCAD, Microsoft Office package, JIRA, VHDL, Linux)

Job Description

The research scientist will be working with a team to carry out basic research in trustworthy formal methods. The topics of interest under this project include trustworthy automated reasoning, verification of randomized algorithms, compiler verification, and control/hybrid systems verification.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and Development: To carry out research tasks relevant to the project scope in trustworthy formal methods as listed briefly above.
• Student Supervision: Co-supervise students (undergrad/masters/PhD level) in relevant research tasks.
• Publication and Dissemination: Disseminate completed research work through publications and presentations at various high-quality international venues.
• Strategic Planning: Participate in other department/institute-level research activities and grant/project proposals.

Job Requirements:

• PhD degree in Computer Science / Mathematics or related fields
• At least 5 years of ecperience
• PhD specialization in formal methods, computational logic, or related topics, with track record of high-quality publications in top-tier venues.
• Proficiency in proof assistants such as Isabelle/HOL, Coq, or Lean will be beneficial.
• Knowledge or experience in cybersecurity will be beneficial.

What We Are Looking For:

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.

• Proficient in C++ or Python.
• Strong foundation in nonlinear optimization and numerical linear algebra.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams of researchers and engineers.
