Duties and Responsibilities

· Provide remote and on-site IT infrastructure, hardware and application support

· Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support when technical issues are escalated

· Support and manage servers, ERP, POS and e-commerce systems

· Troubleshoot and resolve network infrastructure and server-related issues

· Responsible for managing backups and restores

· Identify and recommend hardware, software and/or service opportunities including replacement, upgrading, development, training, reviewing business processes to meet the Company’s standards and requirements

· Maintain IT hardware and software inventory list

· Maintain IT training curriculums and documentation

· Document procedures and vendor management

· Plan and evaluate IT-related requests from other departments

· Participate and execute IT projects which involve liaising with vendors, working collaboratively with users using the best development and implementation methodologies

· Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements

· Minimum Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or IT related disciplines with at least 5 years’ experience

· Knowledge and working experience in supporting e-commerce, POS (Point-Of-Sales) system and ERP application (Microsoft Dynamic NAV or Dynamics 365 Business Central)

· Knowledge in networking support, Microsoft Windows Server OS support and administration

· Knowledge in supporting robotic process automation software and reports development will be a plus

· Possess good knowledge on 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting skills, ability to support end user remotely, good communication skills and must be able to work independently

· Able to work and be on stand-by after working hours, on weekends and public holidays

· Strong project management, problem-solving and diagnostic skills

· Self-driven and highly independent

1. Come out with design concept and translate concepts into complete detail assembly drawings for production.
2. Design test control apparatus or equipment or develop procedures for testing products.
3. Knowledeable in Solidworks and Autocad.
4. Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
5. Good team player.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations and administration of the restaurant.
• Daily roll-call with the service team to drive operations effectiveness, cleanliness of the restaurant, accurate food order taking, servicing the customer, promotions etc.
• Event planning and execution, work closely with kitchen crew to ensure food order is accurate and prompt during events service to ensure consistent exceeding of established standards and guest’s expectation.
• Set a monthly budget, manage food and labor costs
• Assume responsibility for the day to day operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and profitability
• Devise systems, set in-house policy and provide guidance and implement changes to ensure quality standards for service and food
• Ensure that all communication between the front and back of the house is accurate
• Develop cost-saving strategies to increase profit and manage labor costs
• Provide training to ensure performance objectives are met
• Provide leadership and team building for staff
• Investigate and resolve food quality issues and service complaints
• Discipline staff appropriately according to policies and procedures
• Create and maintain the staff schedule and track tardiness and absenteeism
• Prepare end-of-day reports and necessary paperwork
• Recruit and hire new staff as required
• Maintain high standards of store maintenances, quality control, and health & safety.
• Any other ah hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

• Demonstrated a high level of initiative and leadership
• Sound knowledge of purchasing and stock control practices in relation to restaurant stock
