• Coordinates with multi-discipline on the interface issues with telecom, instrument, safety disciplines, etc
• Performs load calculation for the whole project and submits load list
• Conducts sizing calculation for transformers, generators, UPS and batteries etc
• Carries out cable sizing calculation to including volt drop calculation, circuit breakers sizing and others
• Executes lighting calculation as per specified lux requirement before proceeding lighting layout
• Performs load flow and short circuit calculation and relays coordination by software (EDSA, ETAP or SKM)
• Handles grounding system as per project requirement
• Supervises the designers on cable schedule, DB schedule etc
• Oversees material take off (MTO) for bulk material
• Meets clients, raises TQ, attends project meeting and attend FAT
• Reviews engineering deliverables from detailed engineering consultant / equipment vendors to ensure they are meeting Client’s specifications
• Reviews harmonics analysis, transient and stability studies, arc flash studies

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering or related engineering disciplines
• Ability to refer P&ID, logic diagrams for effective design
• Able to handle pressure and work under tight schedule
• Possess knowledge in contractual documentations
• Knowledge in 3D modelling for electrical equipment and installations

Job Purpose:
This position will be in charge of 1-2 outlets, which includes daily operations, business results and leading the team in delivering excellent service and quality to meet customers' satisfactions at all times. He/ She will support superior in contributing positive business results to the area.

Key Responsibility:

• Lead project to ensure design meet project specifications.
• Design machine based on project specifications.
• Generate layout drawings, design approval drawings, mechanical assembly drawings, detailed dimensional drawings, pneumatic circuit and BOM lists.
• Mechanical design modularization and standardization.
• Conduct factory acceptance test.
• Conduct internal and end-user operation and maintenance training.
• Liaise with suppliers on components selection and quotation and liaise with customers on mechanical design.
• Troubleshoot mechanical design issues.
• Perform system maintenance and support for system in production.
• Create internal written knowledge transfer material.
• Create operation and maintenance manual for machines designed.
• Provide technical support and solutions to sales inquiry.
• Generate proposal, costing and tender documents for sales inquiry.
• Train, supervise and assist Mechanical Designer.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of factory automation design experience.
• Proficient in 3D modelling software.
• Experienced in CNC automation is an advantage
• Proven ability to complete tasks given independently
• Ensure given tasks complete within given timeline.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure compliance and continuous improvement of quality and food safety systems aligned with internal and external standards.
• Assess the feasibility and acceptance of internal and external requirements and expectations.
• Coordinate and assist in the implementation of change management processes and monitor progress.
• Review and analyze data to provide regular updates on food safety, quality, and service trends.
• Continually evaluate and trend process controls, food safety, and quality programs, and recommend appropriate improvements.
• Monitor and support the resolution of quality non-conformances by enabling in-depth root cause analysis, trend analysis, and stringent action follow-up, including validation of resolution effectiveness.
• Lead the Quality Assurance team, providing functional leadership for regular performance reviews, succession planning, staff development and training.
• Management representative (Food Safety Team Leader) to handle all food safety and quality related audits from regulatory, certification bodies and customers.
• Any other tasks delegated by the management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma /Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or related field
