Premises Management:

· Overall responsibility for the operations of the Central Kitchen premises, including the kitchen and warehouse.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns related to procurement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven 5 years’ experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management in the foodservice industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.

Remuneration

• Basic salary: $4,000 t0 $4,500 per month (can be negotiated depending on experience)
• 14 days annual leave per year
• 1 month AWS
• Variable Bonus

• 5.5 days workweek (on assigned Sat duty)
