Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. MS or PhD degree is a plus.
• Python development experience in production environment is required.
• More than 2 years of SQL (such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, AWS Redshift, GCP Big Query, or Hive) experience is required. NoSQL experience is a plus.
• More than 2 years working with Linux OS. Knowledge of networks and cybersecurity is a plus.

Job Description

The senior data engineer is a senior software developer with strong software engineering skills who is responsible for building custom open-source-based data ingestion and MLOps platforms. He/she has deep appreciation of the complexity of the data engineering process, such as the challenges of data ingestion involving large or near-real-time datasets, the maintenance of high data quality, and the importance of automation for increasing pipeline robustness and reducing the need for human intervention.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Be an effective distributed-system implementer in the following core activities:Design and develop data engineering services and their ecosystem using distributed databases (relational, columnar, graph, in-memory); orchestration (Apache Airflow); and distributed stream/batch data processing (Kafka, Kinesis, Spark).
  Design and develop MLOps production pipelines; provide technical support to data scientists/ML engineers by getting their ML/DL models deployed at scale and meeting SLAs on both cloud and on-premises GPU and CPU instances.
  Design data models for mission-critical, high-volume, near-real-time/batch data; build idempotent/atomic production data pipelines to make data ingestion more fault tolerant.
  Design and develop intuitive, highly automated, self-service data platform functions for business users.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or other related discipline is required. Advanced degrees in Computer Science (PhD, MS) are highly desirable.

SIA has multiple positions for generative AI/deep learning experts to drive our AI and data science initiatives.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Member of the in-house AI Center-of-Excellence team that works on challenging problems in advanced AI (including areas on generative multimodal AI, autonomous agent, NLP, computer vision, recommender system), mathematical optimization, game theory, and experimental design.
• Research and develop advanced machine learning algorithms to meet complex product requirements. Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Lead Consultant who is designated as SO Rep to manage the day to day operations of the Building Contract. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for all day-to-day operations of the company's owned e-commerce system, including responding to customer queries, relevant documentation, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders and partners for order fulfilment.
• Support the e-commerce strategy, including web development to enhance to e-commerce site, content management, pricing management, sales materials and ensure best practice is maintained across the website.
• Managing and working with wider teams, partners and vendors.
• Collaborate with marketing team to create a comms strategy to increase sales by driving awareness of the platform and drive conversion.
• Plan, implement and track sales to optimize results and meet commercial goals and KPIs.

• At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in E-Commerce Channel Management.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Commerce (Magento).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Meticulous with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, ROI driven.
• Strong project management abilities, including the coordination of multiple tasks and stakeholders and the ability to manage deadlines.
• Confident, driven and dynamic, the candidate needs to work well as a team player, and to work independently when required.

Job Description

• Conduct admission of clients into the centre services, by ensuring proper explanation to the Next Of Kin/Client of charges, subsidy, means test application, MOU signing and arranging of assessment/start date/transport.
• Carry out reception duties and registration of clients for attendance taking purpose.
• Answer phone calls and enquiries, coordination of meetings.
• Collect payment for clients’ invoices and to keep a good record of collection balance account, filing of document, monthly statistics/utilisations.
• Update client’s profile regularly to ensure important information (eg. HHMT) and related demographic is accurate in the system.
• Assist Centre Supervisor/Manager in tracking of admin and centre consumables utilization and to ensure replenishment of stock.
• Assist Centre Supervisor/Manager in managing the transport schedule and to work with Next of Kin/Client on the transport arrangement.
• Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement

• Possess Diploma and/or equivalent qualifications in relevant area.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/ Powerpoint).
• Good spoken and written communication skills.
• Meticulous, independent, accountable and reliable.
• Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
