WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

· University degree holder, preferably in Tourism, Marketing, Communications or related discipline

· Solid experience in tourism industry is a must

· Understanding of Hong Kong as tourist destination as well as prior exposures to Thailand and Vietnam markets are added advantage

The Role

• You will be part of a multi-disciplinary Deal Advisory team, assisting our client in the context of an M&A transaction, and can be either a buy-side or a sell-side engagement
• Your focus will be to deliver the deal strategy and value creation projects, which may include target business due diligence (focus on commercial and operational value aspects), value creation aspects of an investment thesis, portfolio company value creation, planning and implementation support for clients, portfolio strategy, and exit planning and support to maximise value

Requirements
