• Act as a Senior Backup Support person within a L3 Support team, working closely with Engineering and Vendor Support functions.
• Provision, configure, maintain and troubleshoot the client’s Backup Service, distributed across the world.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance, optimise and reduce the cost of the Backup Service, making proactive recommendations to the Service Delivery Management Team. This will include, but not be limited to, areas of capacity, performance, availability, stability, cost and support roadmaps.

Qualifications And Key Technical Skills:
