The Opportunity

This role is responsible for building and delivering our core content for the Group, creating compelling, informative, and engaging narratives to support Toll’s engagement with customers, conversion and revenue through digital and email channels. This includes leading the content writing and managing the teams responsible for creative delivery across design and multimedia.

• Lead, craft and implement a comprehensive content strategy, ensuring a unified brand voice aligned with business goals across various channels including and not limited to marketing campaigns, social media, product, webinars, thought leadership pieces, infographics, customer newsletters, case studies, videos and digital content
• Plan editorial calendar and lead editorial meetings with key stakeholders to ensure consistent push of content across all channels (website, social media, email etc). • Manage Toll’s social media presence to drive brand and marketing objectives, overseeing scheduling, and utilizing reporting/analytics to continually improve effectiveness. Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to ensure alignment with the overall marketing strategy.. Maintain an organized content management system for easy access and reuse of content assets. Manage content workflows, approvals and publishing processes to streamline production. Review and edit content to ensure it meets quality standards, factually accurate, and adhering to brand voice, guidelines and tonality.
• Monitor and report content performance with analytics tools to track content success and ROI, email campaign performance and deliverability rates, using insights to refine content strategies and improve future content. Ensure all content is legally compliant, adhering to copyright laws and industry regulations, email marketing laws and regulations (opt ins, opt outs) following proper protocols for sensitive or regulated content
• Design, write and create engaging email campaigns that are responsive, visually appealing and optimized for different devices with the support of email marketing platforms. Conduct email campaign optimization and develop automated email workflows, using segmentation strategies to nurture prospects, promote cross sells and gain win backs. Manage and segment the email list to ensure targeted communication with specific customer segments. Monitor and report content performance with analytics tools to track content success and ROI, email campaign performance and deliverability rates, using insights to refine content strategies and improve future content. Develop and implement an overall email marketing strategy identifying target audiences and segments to create personalized and relevant email content.
• Collaborate with the Toll Design Studio – focusing on content copywriting and design to produce visually appealing and engaging materials. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote content effectively

To Be Successful, You'll need:
• 3+ years previous experience in similar role

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for trade/B2B marketing activities of Content Distribution department including trade events, marketing collaterals and digital marketing.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
• Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
• Experience managing agreements or partnerships.

Marketing Manager (Tech, Start Up)

We are representing our client who is a growing tech start up, in search for a Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Research: Develop marketing strategies based on market research and data analysis.
• Brand & App Launch: Build brand visibility and lead marketing efforts for the app’s launch, driving user acquisition and retention.
• Digital & Offline Marketing: Manage digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, content) and organize offline events to expand reach.
• Experienced managing platforms like WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube
• Partnerships: Build relationships with partners, including businesses and media, for collaborative opportunities.
• Budget & ROI: Optimize marketing spend to maximize returns.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign results to refine strategies and improve ROI.
• Responsible for daily content updates, including topic planning, content creation, copywriting, and formatting

Qualifications:

Job Descriptions

1. To perform daily bookkeeping activities on account receivable and payable

2. Perform monthly account closing

3. Perform daily receipts reconciliation and ensure daily banking and sales collection are posted accurately and timely

4. Prepare monthly bank reconciliations

5. Perform Account Payable function such as preparation of payment

6. Perform HR related duty (e.g. Preparation of staff employment contracts, application of work passes & etc)

7. Collections of bills bi-weekly from outlets

8. Perform GST reconciliations

9. Assist the Finance Manager in performing financial analysis (e.g. balance sheet analysis, expense/budget variances, revenue/expense analysis and etc)

10. Support any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Finance Manager

Skills and Competencies:

1. Minimum Diploma in Accounting or other disciplines

2. Preferably 3-5 years of related experiences in accounts (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

4. Strong communication skills (both oral and written)

5. Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
