• Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients by adhering to best practices in client relationship management, providing regular service updates, and effectively addressing and resolving any issues or concerns.
• Negotiate agreements within defined commercial and operational parameters and prepare contracts.
• Prepare and analyse sales reports to support departmental objectives.
• Implement multi-modal sales outreach programs, including direct mailers, social media campaigns, and web content.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of commercial strategies with operational goals.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the Head of Sales based on market data and sales performance.
• Carry out any other tasks as reasonably requested by the Management.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Marine Studies, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven sales experience in the marine industry, particularly with high-volume, multi-transactional services.
• Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of port operations or ocean-going towages, with prior experience in the tug industry would be an added advantage.
