Autodesk is looking for a senior Accounts Payable Working Capital Analyst. This role will be in the Singapore and reporting directly to the Manager of Global Accounts Payable located in Singapore with dotted reporting responsibilities to Global Treasury Ops Director

This position will support treasury operations especially in APAC region, improve working capital through the payment cycle, analyze supplier spendings and identify cost-saving initiatives, support the forecast process with respect to natural expenses, maintain solid policy compliance and internal controls and establish good business relationships with suppliers.  This role will include routine duties such as performing account reconciliations, meeting financial closing deadlines and KPIs. 

Responsibilities 

Payments 

• Reconcile disbursement activity with SAP and execute payment run activity, as needed  
• Confirm receipt of payment files submitted to various banks 
• Authorize payment batches, manual payments 
• Provide payment confirmation and deal with payment queries 
• Perform IC settlements for LRD COGS and ESPP in APAC

Daily Cash Management 

• Monitor daily cash flows impacting cash-forecasting models for APAC 
• Prepare daily consolidated cash position 
• Monitor cash levels in different currency accounts, initiating transfers between accounts as appropriate 
• Administer bank accounts, bank portals, and bank fee analysis to ensure a well-controlled and accurate APAC banking structure foundation supporting cash management excellence 

Forecasting/Planning 

• Work closely with all key stakeholders such as FP&A, FBP, Card Program, etc. to obtain latest updates and information that may impact the AP forecast and actuals 
• Analyzing forecast overruns, spend trends and optimize AP capital opportunities 
• Prepare monthly AP cash forecast in APAC to ensure adequate funding to execute supplier invoice payments 

Bank Account Management 

• Lead KYC audit for APAC region liaising with internal stakeholders 
• Maintain the company’s legal entity information with the banks

Ad-hoc Projects 

• Roll out Supply Chain Financing project
• Lead AP working capital initiatives
• Support process/report automations
• Support M&A integration

Minimum Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounts payable domain in a global company and financial analyst experience 
• Excellent knowledge in Excel, Power Point. Experience with S4 Hana, Ariba, OpenText and Vertex is highly desired 
• Prior experience in automating processes, data mining and have knowledge of using automation tools such as Alteryx, PowerBI, Smartsheet is plus

Job Description: Job Description: The Group Audit CRO team are responsible for global coverage of the CRO function. The current team is comprised of about 50 FTEs based in 8 locations (London, Frankfurt, New York, Singapore, Berlin, Bonn, Madrid, Cary) with Principal Audit Managers based in 6 of these. The above includes the APAC Risk team which is comprised of 4 team members based in Singapore and a Principal Audit Manager who reports directly into the CRO Chief Auditor for Non-Financial Risk based in Cary. Although much of the focus of this team is on coverage of all risk types (i.e. CRM, MRM, NFRM and ERM) in the APAC region, it also plays a significant support role in the coverage of global Risk processes and works closely with the regional APAC audit teams to provide 'front-to-back' assurance of key businesses in the APAC region and to act in an advisory capacity for CRO related matters. This Principal Audit Manager role which is being hired will be responsible for the planning, staffing, risk assessment and delivery of audits covering the CRO function. What’s it all about?

The Escalations and Compliance Manager is a key part of Currencycloud's second line compliance function, reporting directly into the Head of Compliance APAC. The Escalations and Compliance Manager will be the primary escalation point for high-risk clients and transactions, as well as making risk appetite decisions impacting Currencycloud in the APAC region. They will work closely with colleagues in the first line of defence to provide coaching and guidance to junior team members, as well as supporting projects that enhance Currencycloud’s financial crime control framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Under direct supervision, forecasts and communicates engineering, materials, and manufacturing requirements to suppliers.  Provides input to outsourcing decisions by performing make versus buy analysis.  Coordinates demand signals through MRP to minimize inventory exposure.
• Participates in Materials Core Team and coordinates product development process deliverables with team members (buyers, planners, production control).
• Supports the creation, releases, and updates to new project materials strategy.
• Participates in commercialization (transition) materials plan. Participates in the material change control change process.
