We are looking for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) senior consultant/ manager to help service our client base. Ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of IAM solutions such as SailPoint, OIM, Saviynt, etc. The person should have skills in the following areas:

1. Identity and Access Governance (IAG)/ Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)

2. Single Sign-On (SSO)

3. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

4. Privileged Access Management (PAM)

The person will be expected to lead projects. This includes requirements gathering workshops, managing project team to deliver the functional requirements, and co-ordinating configuration, testing, documentation, & training axctivities related to IAM projects.

Job Descriptions

· The candidate should be familiar with Singapore AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry.

· The candidate shall have sales experience with the main contractor, sub-contractor, Consultant, Archi firm etc.

· The candidate will be involved in selling BIM services (such as On Site BIM modelling services) and digitalisation products (such as digitalisation platforms).

· In-depth knowledge on our BIM products as well as other BIM products in Singapore AEC market while liaising with clients and would be advantageous.

· Make appointments and demonstrate our excellent BIM software presentations for customers.

· Develop and acquire new customers from our target market segment(Main contractors, sub-contractors, M&E contractors and QS Consultants) and your own resource over the telephone, e-mail and outdoor visiting.

· Provide pre-sales our BIM software consultant and after-sales support for our BIM software implementation

· Provide sales and basic service support to identify potential clients and develop new accounts.

· Excellent in negotiation and follow-up skills.

· Generate weekly sales report and budget projection for management.

Requirements

· Good knowledge in the AEC industry, especially BIM/digital technology for contractors, consultants and building owner in Singapore.

· Preferably with AEC industry experience candidates.

· Diploma/Degree Holder with min 4 years of sales or B2B experience in the AEC industry.

· Take initiative to understand the in-depth knowledge on our BIM products as well as other products in the market while liaising with the client.

· Proficiency knowledge in Microsoft Office and Excel.
