Responsibilities:

ICT Security Policy Development

• IT Policy and Standards reviews and updates.

Qualification:

Education and working experience:

• Preferably 5 years of experience in the IT Cybersecurity domain.
• Experience in incident response, and knowing threat intelligence is a plus.

Technical skill:

The Centre Management System Support, Executive/Senior Executive is responsible for overseeing the upkeep, procurement & maintenance of all exhibits, audio-visual equipment, facilities and essential services for daily operations for centres/museums under Defence Collective Singapore (DCS).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintenance Planning: Planning and implementation of building maintenance programs for architectural, electrical, and mechanical, exhibits and attractions AV lighting systems. Co-ordinate and liaise with internal and external vendors for the execution of maintenance services. Conduct joint inspection rounds with Specialists/Technical Officers on building/Exhibit/AV & lighting defects.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety equipment, work methods, and procedures. Promptly rectify any unsafe situations, adhering to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations. • Procurement: Manage budgetary control of expenditures including preparation of annual budgets and forecast. Conduct tender exercises for OPEX/CAPEX works such as replacement, upgrading or redevelopment works and manage such works according to timeline including putting up of documents and procurement for OPEX/CAPEX requests.
