The Escalations and Compliance Manager is a key part of Currencycloud's second line compliance function, reporting directly into the Head of Compliance APAC. Responsibilities:

Finance :

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Oversee financial reporting and analysis for the whole group.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

HR :

• Lead the recruitment and onboarding process.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee employee relations and performance management.
• Handle payroll processing and benefits administration.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Finance, HR, or related field.
• Proven experience in Finance and HR roles.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines.

Our Client:

Job duties:

• Conducting marine equipment’s overhauls, inspections, & repairs on site
• Preparing relevant reports & scheduling jobs
• Dealing with products such as couplings, shafts, mounts, brakes, backstops, fluid couplings
• Troubleshooting diesel engines, gearboxes and gensets

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years hands on experiences in mechanical troubleshooting, overhauls, repair, & inspection for marine related products & machines
• ITE/Diploma level in any engineering related course
• Possess valid class 3 license

Salary: Basic Up $5000 + Variable Bonus

Working location: Pioneer/Benoi Area
