Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Manager, Human Resources, you’ll be responsible for:

• Partnering with leadership teams to develop key strategies and objectives for the organization, ensuring that the HR initiatives and programs are clearly aligned with business priorities.
• Lead the organization change management process in response to business strategies.
• Participate in and be a key contributor at key management discussions and provide HR input for strategic business projects and long-term planning and budgeting processes.

This position requires the dietitian to provide medical nutrition therapy to patients from various clinical disciplines at both inpatient and outpatient settings.
