As a Lead Scientist you will be joining Cell Culture Development team within the Development Services in Lonza Singapore. Job Requirements:

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

• Fundamental knowledge on IP networking (e.g. TCP/IP, routing, etc.) and Firewalls (e.g. FortiGate).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• EPP/EDR product certification such as Trellix ePO, Symantec Endpoint Protection is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Reviews technical specifications, drawings, procedures, and standards pertaining to project requirements
• Prepares and reviews the project quality documents, procedure, ITP
• Reviews drawings, documents, and weekly update drawing register form documents controller and distribute to project Quality Assurance personnel.
• Administrates the project's internal quality audit to ensure compliance with the project quality plan.
• Monitors the inspection and documentation activities of the Quality Assurance Inspector to ensure compliance with the inspection test plan and project quality requirements
• Resolves quality-related issues arising from subcontractor and in-house production
• Ensures protection and preservation of various systems
• Ensures updates on electrical completion and mechanical completion progress in the project database
• Assigns the systems to be tested by the various supervisors and technicians involved in the operation
• Reviews the quality work processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Coordinates the testing and commissioning requirements with Engineering, Project Manager, Quality Assurance Department, and vendors
• Reports non-conformance and issue improvement notes where necessary
• Any other assigned duties and responsibilities

Requirements:

• Degree in Naval Architecture, Marine and Offshore or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance working experience, and the offshore or marine industry

• To drive maintenance activities to maintain high efficiency of the equipment and minimise machine downtime as per KPI.
• To lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of machine delays especially on mechanical faults.
• To develop and implement maintenance plans on all equipment to minimise downtime.

Job Requirements:

• Good Degree in Architecture from a University accredited with BOA.

• Being registered with the Singapore Board of Architects will be an advantage.
• Flair for design and good knowledge of architectural detailing.
• Conversant with local codes and regulations, and construction practices.
