About FRAP
As part of EDB’s continuous efforts to develop the suite of industries in Singapore, the Finance, Risk & Assurance and Procurement (FRAP) division is an imperative business partner to our officers in the industry and policy groups.

As a FRAP business partner, you will be responsible for providing advisory on the procure to pay value chain. You will also be part of a team that is responsible for the data management and implementation of FRAP systems, which is critical in ensuring that EDB has access to accurate and relevant data at all times to help drive operational decision-making, policy-making and strategic planning by Corporate Management and line divisions within EDB. As this role requires cross-functional partnership with various stakeholders, you will also get to learn about EDB’s business from the line divisions directly.

[What you will be working on]

• Processing payments for the Board’s expenses, including payment to suppliers, grant recipients and scholars and maintenance of supplier and customer records in financial system; 

• Processing reimbursement to staff for overseas trips and other claims; 

• Processing overseas centres’ expenses to suppliers;

• Monitoring of accounts receivables, fixed assets and bank account at overseas centres;

• Assessment and accounting for leases in accordance with FRS116

• Supporting various statutory returns, budget exercise, management reports and ad-hoc projects;

• Supporting financial systems enhancements and troubleshooting.

• Analysis of bank transactions and complete monthly bank reconciliation;

• Tasks will be assigned in accordance to the candidate’s experience and suitability.

As a Senior Data Analyst (Growth), you will be part of a regional function working to support the growth of all business units in Funding Societies. The role requires using a mix of skills including analysis, effective communication, creative problem solving, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to solve complex business problems. What will you do:

• Insights Generation Evangelist: Own end-to-end insights generation processes, from hypothesis generation to analysis, extracting meaningful and actionable insights, to sharing findings with stakeholders
• Data Analysis: Conduct thorough and rigorous analysis of complex datasets using various tools and methodologies to derive insights that drive business strategy and growth.
• Strategic Recommendations: Translate data findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations to support key business initiatives and solve organizational growth challenges such as driving acquisition, reducing churn, improving retention, monetization and LTV

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years of working experience in Customer / Marketing Analytics
• Have experience with delivering analysis such as  Customer segmentation, Customer behaviors examination, Hypothesis testing
• Growth mindset, eager learner and humble in receiving feedback and implementing it
• Strong logical reasoning and analytical mind, able to break down complex problems in a structured and MECE manner 
• Can-do attitude where proposals and suggestions are proactively provided to stakeholders
• Independent learner who enjoys technical challenges (Google is your best friend)
• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, with cross-departmental and cross-team projects experience, independently owning and promoting project execution
• SQL and BI visualization tools experience required. Experience with QlikSense will be an added advantage

Overview of the Role

Rystad Energy is seeking a proven Account Manager with a strong track record of strategic account management and business development to manage, retain, and grow the firm’s largest Global Accounts in APAC. The ‘Senior Account Manager – Global Accounts’ will report to Senior Vice President, Head of Commercial – Asia Pacific, based in Singapore. We are seeking to fill this role in any of the following locations: Singapore/Kuala Lumpur.

 

The successful candidate will manage large complex accounts – i.e., the APAC entities of global energy companies (Super Majors, Majors, Large Independent E&P companies, Large Integrated Energy Companies, and Energy Services companies being the primary focus). He/she will drive the strategic commercial engagement with these Accounts, collaborating closely with the Global Account Management team and the regional Client Success Manager, to deliver value to these Accounts with the ultimate goal of achieving revenue growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Establish a vision for the relationship between Rystad Energy and our Global Accounts in APAC

• Act as a trusted advisor and adopt a consultative approach to sell our research and consulting solutions into Global Accounts in APAC
• Build a network of strong relationships with senior executives and influential stakeholders within Global Accounts to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop a robust knowledge of Global Accounts’ businesses.
• Develop and implement strategic Account Plans to maximize Account growth.

Experience and Qualifications

• Candidate must be able to work in Singapore or Malaysia – existing Employment Pass holder; Permanent Resident; Citizen
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
• Between 8 to 12 years of Key Account Management experience within the Energy industry
• Specifically, experience in selling subscription services in the market intelligence services sector within the Energy industry.
• Proven track record of surpassing sales revenue growth targets through effective and efficient strategic account management
• Solid network of relationships across APAC, especially in South-East Asia and Australia, within the Energy industry
• Ability to engage with individuals across all levels within target organizations, including Senior Management/C-Suite
• Experience in internal stakeholder management – i.e., collaboration with cross-functional teams internally to drive client engagement externally

• Keep current and abreast of trends and developments of Infocomm Security Management
• Support the School’ strategic initiatives through involvement in committee work and projects such as process improvement projects, development and management of new courses

[What we are looking for]

Requirements:-

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in either web and application programming, application security/penetration testing, risk & vulnerability assessment, threat management and defence, security operations and incident response with practical hands-on experience or computer/mobile forensics and investigation.
• Passionate about education and possess strong interest in teaching and mentoring both youths and adult learners.
• Self-driven, independent and possess readiness to work as a team.
• Good knowledge of both Linux and Windows based environments.
• Familiar with the various IT security standards and frameworks, IT best practices, IT security compliance and audit standards.
• Proficient in at least one of the programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, C, C++, PHP).
• Information and cyber security membership (e.g. AiSP).
• Relevant qualification in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or related studies.  Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, OSCP, OSWP, QISP or in the relevant domain will have an added advantage.

Successful candidate will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.
