What a Senior Consultant, Client Success does at Visa

The Sr. Consultant enables new client capabilities, promotes product adoption and optimizes client performance. In this role you will be leading Client Services operational engagements for key global and regional Acquirers. This position requires execution, analytical skills, and client relationship abilities. This role works independently. The position requires a high level of technical proficiency, execution and analytical skills to succeed by supporting clients with complex problems and optimization opportunities. The individual is expected to have a keen insight into Visa's product offerings, best practices, and calls for deep collaboration and partnership with leadership across functions (e.g., Client Services, Sales, Product).

In this role, you are expected to

• Partner with Account Executives (AEs) to lead operational activities with our client providing an advanced level of technical consultation on systems and services.
• Act as liaison for the client and provide problem management, proactive identification of processing efficiencies, service change support and system enhancement support.
• Provide proactive planning and operational support to ensure that both the client and Visa are operating in the most effective and cost-efficient manner while managing costs and increasing overall transaction performance (including authorization, clearing and settlement, back-office processing)

• Represent complex customer change requests, system, or operational requirements, negotiate, and manage expectations.
• Lead operational activities with key stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver client success plans and delivery roadmaps for key Global as well as Regional Acquirers, supporting key client objectives and Visa initiatives.
• Support periodic operational reviews with Clients and Visa stakeholders, incorporating input, comparison and client progress against product metrics.
• Ensure that Client Services team deliver Visa’s objectives whilst helping to drive client success and a high level of client satisfaction. 
• Assist in incident management, identifying processing problems and client impacts, communicate ongoing situation status and resolution.
• Work with our clients to manage assignments such as client initiatives, or change requests that are diverse in scope, and determine the appropriate courses of action to deliver.

• Proactively identify analytical insights about client performance and drive opportunities to optimize client performance by monitoring client health and liaising with specialist Visa teams as needed.

• Identify additional business opportunities for clients, drive value-added services and new payment flows to increase service quality as well as revenue.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE:

This position is required to develop the Kajima Overseas Asia (hereinafter “KOA”) Group’s marketing plan and its action plan, which would be the basis of the Group’s business planning and implement them to daily operations in order to achieve the annual goals for new sales.

The General Manager / Business Development needs also to manage and oversee all marketing and business development activities in cooperation with the KOA Group companies by utilizing Kajima Group internal resources and external relationships.

· Represent the KOA Group at meetings, conferences, conventions, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the brand and establish partnerships.

· Meet with prospective, existing clients, and other key individuals, companies, organizations related to specific projects.

· Develop and implement a brand strategy to enhance the KOA Group's value and competitive advantage.

· Responsible for personnel composition of KOA Business Development Group and its personnel matters.

· Responsible for carrying out regular and irregular reporting duties related to marketing and business development of the KOA Group.

QUALIFICATIONS/SPECIAL SKILLS:

· University bachelor’s degree or higher degree of Commerce, Economics, Law or Business Administration

· License of Real Estate Brokers or equivalent certification

· Basic knowledge of construction accounting

· At least 15 years of experience in the business development and marketing areas of construction or real estate business

• Collaborate with sales and parts teams to continuously identify ways to streamline operations and maximise efficiency and productivity.
• Lead, mentor, motivate, and develop the service team, including service advisors, technicians, and support staff, to foster a culture of excellence and high performance while ensuring continuous upskilling with the latest technological advancements, product updates, and industry best practices.

• Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR) are preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, automotive management, or a related field with relevant certifications or training in automotive aftersales management preferred.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in service management role, preferably within a luxury automotive brand.
• Comprehensive knowledge of service centre management, customer service, technical services, automotive technologies, diagnostics tools, repair techniques, along with an understanding of industry trends, technological advancements, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Dealership Management Systems and diagnostic tools.
• A team player with excellent leadership, people management, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with stakeholders while inspiring and motivating team members.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess situations, make informed decisions, and implement effective measures.
• Proactive, self-driven, with a strong learning mindset, Can-Do attitude, and the ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently.
• Possess a Class 3 Driving License with a minimum of 4 years of driving experience
