As Senior Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the Sales Enablement function by supercharging the success of our sales teams, equipping them with the tools, resources and knowledge to exceed our goals. 7. To maintain close collaboration with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers and all stakeholders to minimise errors in the process to achieve smooth completion of projects
8. To liaise closely with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, relevant authorities and developers in resolving site issues and authorities compliance issue
9. To provide evaluation/findings and project results to HQ Tokyo in Japan on a frequent basis

Requirements:

• Minimun 10 years of relevant working experience within the Construction industry
• Should possess a minimum qualification of Degree/Masters in Civil Engineering or Architecture or equivalent qualification
• Ability to prioritize tasks well and able to work independently
• Able to work under stress and complete tasks within set deadlines
• Fluency in spoken and written Japanese would be advantageous as the incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate with Japan Head Office
