Job Description

The successful candidate will play an integral role within the IT Service Management Ops leadership team. Armed with a strategic focus and experience in application infrastructure resiliency as well as operational stability the candidate is expected to lead the swift service recovery from complex incidents and managing disaster recovery ensuring high service availability and customer satisfaction in IT service delivery. This position is crucial in ensuring operational stability, which includes leading improvements through process review/transformation and implementation of new initiatives and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

•Take ownership of critical incidents, facilitating resolution with the parties involved, and conducting thorough root cause analyses and post-incident reviews to boost system resilience.

•Transforming and driving operational excellence and system resilience by proactively preventing defects and eliminating inefficiencies in current processes.

•Continuously review the governance and processes of IT Service Management, proposing improvements or new methods to maintain operational agility and stability.

•Providing technical leadership and training to ITSM teams, including offshore resources, and mentoring them in their professional development.

•Align ITSM ITIL practices with various IT teams to prepare them for operational readiness, and managing changes and incidents to maintain efficient service delivery and system resilience.

•Develop technical talent and leadership in the team through upskilling programs and continuous feedback.

Requirements

•Possess a degree in Information Technology or related fields with Infrastructure Library (ITIL)/Service Integration and Management (SIAM) certification

•At least 8-10 yrs of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure Operations and IT Service Management inclusive of at least 3 years in leadership role

•Proven proficiency in utilizing Agile methodologies for operations management.

•Certification in Business Continuity Management (BCM) is preferred but not mandatory

•Knowledge and hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Platform are preferred, with certifications in ITSM CAS, CAD, or CIS considered a bonus.

•Familiarity with network and cloud technologies (public, private), including Linux, Wintel, VMware, and DevOps.

•Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, JIRA, and Confluence, and monitoring/orchestration platforms like ScienceLogic, Splunk, and APM.

•Ability to:

Job Description

• The Contracts/Commercial Manager is responsible for the overseeing commercial and contractual aspects related to the main contract and subcontracts, managing any commercial and contractual risk relating to the project and employ mitigation actions as quickly and effectively as possible.
• Review external providers (i.e vendors and subcontractors) terms of service and project deliverables.

The Courage Chapter has been engaged to conduct for a search for a Fundraising and Events Manager/Senior Manager for our client, a Non-Governmental Organisation.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Fundraising and Public Relations Manager/Senior Manager is a key contributor in achieving the annual fundraising target that enables the organisation’s overall goals to be met. The role helps to ensure that the organisation has a steady stream of revenue

generation initiatives including but not limited to fundraising events, online campaigns and grant writing. This role is expected to develop and implement fundraising strategies that are aligned to the organisation’s goals and objectives, working closely with the Executive Director to ensure that existing and new programmes are funded properly. This role shall also be expected to represent organisation at engagement sessions and build strong corporate partnerships. As part of the management team, this role shall also support Fundraising Committee meetings and take collective ownership for the successful management of the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Fundraising & Donor Management

● Expand and grow the donor base including foundations, corporate donors, government grants and individual donors through leads generation, grant writing, relationship building and engagement in support of fundraising strategy defined in the year

● Pipeline management and timely and accurate updates of donors’ giving records in Salesforce system and/or any other systems as required

● Manage fundraising campaigns and events with the view to build long-term partnerships with individuals and corporates, and potential long-term volunteering relationships with corporate staff members

● Manage donor relationships including providing accurate and timely grant reporting, engagement of funders in CSR activities, donor appreciation etc

● Work closely with operations to develop effective pitches to raise funds, educating funders on impact funding

● Work closely with Executive Director and Finance to ensure that all restricted and non-restricted funds meet statutory requirements and organisational needs, including and not limited to Charities Act, AML and ATF

● Work closely with Finance and Accounts to ensure quotations, invoicing and tax deductible receipts are done in accordance to governance and compliance requirements

● Oversee the development of all Memorandum of Understanding (MOUs) with corporates and businesses that have expressed interest in raising funds for organisation

Public Relations and Events Management

● Work closely with the Communications team (manager/executive/agencies) and operations team in driving fundraising and communication activities to reach out to “cold

markets” and keep engagement strong with current donor base

● Strengthen donor relationship management by planning appreciation gestures including corporate mixers, appreciation luncheons, any event management and relationship building efforts with donors

● Represent organisation as a spokesperson at corporate, networking and fundraising events, social media and media engagements to advance company’s mission

● Engage corporates in poverty sensitization workshops and achieve the targeted number of paid engagements in the year

● Plan and execute annual fundraising and public events including International Women’s Day, Mother’s Day Carnival, Gala and Golf Fundraiser

General/Management

● Build capabilities in fundraising, donor and event management of the Fundraising team

● Highlight new or changing operational needs that require manpower, budgetary and strategic provisions to Head of Fundraising and Public Relations

● Establish good working relationships and collaborative arrangements with the team internally and relevant external stakeholders to help achieve the goals of the organization

● Manage fundraising expense budget in accordance with charity regulations

● Oversee the performance reviews, training and upskilling of existing staff within the team in order that they would be able to fulfill their roles outlined in their job descriptions

● Analyse and report fundraising insights from existing fundraising initiatives

● Drive development and improvement of processes related to fundraising and impact reporting so that efficiency and productivity gains can be attained

● Supporting Head of Fundraising and Public Relations in reporting to the Fundraising Committee when required

The Senior Director, Head of Client Services (CS) – SMT Cluster, Global Clients & and Global/Regional Acquirers is a senior leadership role, reporting to the SVP, Head of AP Client Services, and will lead the team responsible for managing the post-sales and operational relationships of clients by overseeing onboarding and implementation processes, maximizing adoption of deployed products, driving Client Success outcomes, and optimizing client performance across the SMT markets, Global Clients and Global/Regional Acquirers.

The Senior Director is expected to provide strategic, functional, and technical leadership for all the operational activities for applicable clients, including the cross functional delivery of systems and services. They will define and deploy client service strategies across the different client types including proactive Client Success planning. This will ensure their client operational goals/success metrics are understood, intended outcomes are met and client readiness activities for upcoming mandates are tracked in Client Success Plans. In addition, a key tenet will be to develop and enhance success metrics for the team they lead to ensure Client satisfaction is not only measured, but is exceeded, using net promoter scores, survey results, OKRs, in person meetings, outreach calls, and other factors to determine accountability and proactive engagements by their team members. 

The Senior Director is accountable for building a high-performing and cohesive team, aligned to the global Client Success strategy, by providing leadership to a team of individual contributors. Additional experience with field instruments, fire and gas detectors, telecommunications,

security solutions, and OT digital transformation will be considered a valuable asset.

• The candidate should have significant experience in the process industry, particularly in Oil

and Gas upstream operations, FPSOs, FSOs, FPUs, and FSRUs. Additional experience in

other process industries, such as chemicals, refining, power, and pharmaceuticals, will be

an advantage.

• Develop and Optimize LLM Evaluation Pipelines: Design and implement robust and scalable pipelines for evaluating the performance of large language models. Leverage your expertise in Ray to distribute evaluation tasks efficiently.
• Implement Evaluation Metrics and Benchmarks: Develop and integrate a comprehensive suite of metrics and benchmarks to assess LLM performance across various tasks and domains.
• Analyze and Interpret Evaluation Results: Perform in-depth analysis of evaluation results to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement in our LLM models. Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Deliver High-Quality AI Infrastructure Solutions: Design and develop the infrastructure to support Ray for distributed data processing and model training. Develop using GitOps to ensure the reproducibility of the system's cloud infrastructure on different Kubernetes clusters.
• Develop Observability Solutions for Ray: Develop and integrate monitoring and alerting within the monitoring stack powered by Datadog, Prometheus, and Grafana. Contribute to the creation of runbooks and DevOps guides.
• Support the Data Science Community: Work with the product team to socialize Ray's use and support users in running their jobs on the Ray clusters. Document and help users onboard to new platforms.
• Develop an Image Generation Platform: Set up a configurable and scalable image generation platform. Ensure it has the functionality of tools like ComfyUI, but scalable to allow for parallel generation and fine-tuning of new models.
• Build Customization for Inference: Design and develop the infrastructure for large-scale batch and real-time inference using state-of-the-art GenAI models. Integrate observability into system performance, queues, and overall cost into the platform. Build customization to support diverse models, fine-tuning, and different workload priorities.

Requirements:

• Expertise in LLM Evaluation: Strong understanding of LLM evaluation methodologies, metrics, and benchmarks. Experience with evaluating LLMs for various tasks (e.g., text generation, question answering, summarization).
• Proficiency in Distributed Computing: Experience with distributed computing frameworks like Ray or similar technologies for scaling LLM evaluation.
• Solid Python and ML Skills: Strong programming skills in Python and experience with machine learning libraries and tools.
• Kubernetes and Cloud Infrastructure: Experience with deploying and managing applications on Kubernetes. Familiarity with AWS.
• In-Depth Knowledge of ML-OPS: Solid understanding of distributed computing for data processing. Knowledge of Ray is preferable, but other frameworks, such as Dask, Modin, Beam, Horovod, and Deepspeed, are also valued.
• Good DevOps Background: Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) such as code with Terraform preferred. Previous experience with GitOps solutions like ArgoCD is preferred. Good knowledge of Helm and Kustomize is also valued.
• Understanding of Image Generation Models: Experience with image generation models such as stable diffusion and flux. Bonus if you know ComfyUI.
• Understanding of ML Inference: Experience with ML inference using LLM and other generative models, especially in optimizing for performance.
