Primary Function of Position

• Support the Senior Retail Education Manager with budget updates on tools, grooming and gifting expenses.

MAKEUP SERVICES AND TOOLS

• Lead the implementation of Makeup services, adapted to the format of market’s needs, from on-counter to animations/VIP events.
• Ensure a consistent standard of makeup service excellence across key boutiques, with expert consultations, artistry skills and cross-selling capabilities.
• Train-the-trainer on Makeup Retail tools (Lip Tool etc.) and Makeup services (consultation, pampering, masterclasses).
• Responsible for the update of Makeup Retail Tools for the POS
• Collect feedback and provide advice for makeup category marketing and business development teams on retail tools and services. 

PLAN MAKEUP LEARNING CALENDAR AND MAINTAIN MAKEUP MODULES LIBRARY

• Provide a clear roadmap of the learning support provided and required from various stakeholders.
• To download the centrally-created modules into the regional SharePoint folders, releasing the adapted content in a timely manner to ensure ample support for launches, and maintaining an organized library of modules for trainers.

BC SEMINAR / SPECIALIST SEMINAR / GOLDEN STAR NOMINEES

• Be a key member of the organizing committee of regional key events.
• Design, plan and organize the workshops and activities for makeup category.
• Collaborate with forecast team to ensure the supply of gifts and product testers.
• Where needed, to support the project manager of the Seminar/Event.

ADMINISTRATIVE AND OPERATIONAL SUPPORT

• Create, Manage and Monitor all Training Packages on InDior App for all categories (Forecasting Tool)
• Collaborate with Regional and Market Trainers on each FM Run to forecast quantity allocation for training gifts, grooming kit, uniforms and couture gifts.
• Track market consumption as per forecast to ensure minimal wastage.
• Liase with supply team on item availability and cascade info to market to ensure timely delivery.
• Support in uniform & grooming plan.
• Support in the financial processing of quotations, POs, invoices and updating of budget expenses.

The Manager will report to the Financial Controller and be responsible for the spectrum of finance functions, including accounting, consolidation and finance operations of Sun Venture's assets. Working closely with various stakeholders, the Manager plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with our internal policies, financial reporting standards and relevant regulations. These include to:

• Prepare the full set of monthly management accounts for entities, including issuance of invoices and making payments
• Review the full set of monthly management accounts prepared by junior employees
• Ensure audit, tax and regulatory compliance, including liaising with auditors on annual statutory audit and annual returns filing, liaising with tax agents on corporate tax filing, preparing and completing quarterly GST filing as well as filing with various other government agencies
• Prepare and review management reports to provide updates on the business performance to the management team
• Participate and support the budget and forecasting process, and perform variance analysis to identify opportunities for growth and cost discipline
• Participate and support process improvement initiatives

• Degree in Accountancy/Finance with CPA/CA (or equivalent) qualifications
• Minimum 6-8 years relevant accounting experience in real estate, private equity, or asset management industry, including at least 2 years in managerial roles
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations and compliance requirements of the real estate, funds and asset management industry
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a commitment to maintaining accuracy and compliance
• Able to work independently and in a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in various Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base in both corporate and private catering sectors.
• Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis to the Directors and Managing Directors.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

Contract Negotiation & Proposal Development:

• Prepare customized proposals, quotes, and contracts that align with client needs and company pricing strategies.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry through to contract signing and follow-up after service delivery.

Collaboration with Operations & Marketing Teams:

• Work closely with the operations team to ensure that client expectations are met and that events run smoothly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, digital campaigns, and event-specific marketing efforts.
• Provide feedback from clients to improve menu offerings, service quality, and overall customer experience.

Sales Reporting & Analysis:

• Monitor and track sales performance against targets, preparing regular reports for management.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status.
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and recommend adjustments to sales strategies.

Customer Service & Issue Resolution:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients during the sales process and after service delivery, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

Qualifications:
