Job Scope :

Project Manager, Electrical

• Lead the Project Team in the role of Project Manager, overseeing project progression and adhering to the budget.
• Monitor and supervise sub-contractors, ensuring their work aligns with shop drawings, method statements, and provided materials and samples.
• Collaborate with relevant authorities, sub-contractors, consultants, or clients regarding shop drawings, materials, and samples.
• Review and align Electrical and ELV design drawings to ensure they comply with design specifications and guidelines.
• Apply sound technical knowledge in Electrical and ELV services, identifying discrepancies among Electrical, Structural, ID, architectural, and client provisions.

Project Manager, ACMV

• Oversee ACMV project management, including schedule and direction, ensuring timely completion.
• Lead and manage a team of engineers, supervisors, WSH Coordinator, and subcontractors.
• Control and monitor project budget, handling monthly payment claims, variation orders, and extension of time submissions.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for payment responses and variation order claims.
