The Offensive Engineering Analyst will be responsible to conduct vulnerability assessment/penetration tests of Income internal/external web, mobile and web service applications and execute simulated security testing against corporate web applications, networks, and infrastructure. • Utilize POS systems and other tools to monitor sales, track performance, and streamline operations
• Maintain high standards of store presentation

Sales and Customer Experience

• Review customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions and drive customer engagement
• Develop and execute in-store promotions and product placement strategies to boost sales

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor the retail team, including supervisors and front-line staff
• Recruit, onboard, and train team members
• Conduct regular performance reviews, and provide ongoing support for staff

Financial and Inventory Management

• Monitor store budgets and expenses, ensuring targets are met
• Perform regular inventory audits, manage stock levels and collaborate with vendors
• Analyse sales data and KPIs to assess performance, identify trends

Job Requirements:

• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
• Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or equivalent experience.
