Principal Accountabilities:-

1. Lead and in-charge the Special Projects such as:-

a. To enhance the service quality of the Japanese Business;

b. To establish customer benefit services with vendors;

c. To introduce Japanese hospitality and culture to our employees, distribution channel, clients and society.

2. Report in Japanese regularly to our Head Office in Tokyo.

3. Underwrites and specialize in Marine Hull and other general insurance classes.

4. Provide customer service in Japanese to Japanese clients on their inquiries, requests, complaints and claims matters.

5. Provide Japanese language support to staff in other departments, where appropriate.

6. Provide administrative support.

7. Plan and organize visitations to clients (new business/renewal/claims happenings).

8. Develop good relationship with clients to maintain and enhance existing clients’ business.

9. Plan renewal strategies for Japanese corporate clients.

10. Prepare underwriting quotations to clients in accordance with the Company’s underwriting guidelines.

11. Prepare referral form, issue Cover Notes and collect of premiums.

12. Maintain clients’ details and information.

Job Requirements:-

1. Minimum Degree Holder qualification;

2. At least 10 years of experience in General Insurance industry;

3. Fluent in written and spoken English and Japanese for handling local and Japanese clients;

4. Good understanding of doing Japanese business;

5. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills;

6. Able to multi-task, and is a team player, conscientious, tactful and willing to learn new skills;

7. Organized and has the ability to work under pressure;

8. Able to work independently and interact with different levels of customers;

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office application.

Competency

• Diploma / Degree in Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide IT support operation on daily basis, include below activities:

- IT asset management (include the hardware and software) – manage all company IT asset with proper traceability record;

- Support HR on all employee on-board/off-board process including IT training;

- Provide all IT system setup and admin work; (file control, VPN setup and special software admin work support);

• System maintenance work on regular basis, include below activities:

- All System backup (File server backup, NAS storage backup, offline backup activity), verify all system backup files are working properly;

- Coordinate department head on storage Clean up include File server, SharePoint and NetApp;

- Monitor Server room temperature and humidity, and make sure all server related equipment (E.g.: UPS) are working under good condition;

- Pulse check all on server, router and firewall log and flag out all abnormal activities immediately;

- Regular update antivirus related tools and window related system patches.

• IT governance and direction:

- Maintain all IT related record (contract, agreement, software authorization, etc.) and regularly updates or renew on time;

- Keep updating and release new IT P&P (Policy & Procedure), BCP(Business Continuity Plan) and DRP(Disaster Recovery Plan);

- Working with finance and country IT support on IT budgeting yearly basis and review it quarterly;

- Assist external or internal auditor on IT compliance or ISO related audit;

- Evaluate vendor proposal and provide justification to management.

• IT related projects management (Ad Hoc or on-going) and provide weekly basis updates to management):

- IT project plan, budgeting and proposal;

- IT project deployment after project approved;

- IT project verification and provide necessary training to end user;

- IT project sign off and documentation.

Additional responsibilities:

9. To handle and support visa applications and administration work

Responsibilities:

• Directly involved in all aspects of the claims handling process

Responsibilities

1. Manage full sets of accounts and support day-to-day accounting operations.

The Senior Manager, Community Hubs drives, formulates, plans, designs and review the objectives, programmes and operations of the Community Hubs within the Cluster to suit the needs of clients and provides leadership oversight on the execution of these programmes. He/She manages the risk and quality of the programmes, monitors programme expenses to ensure they are within the budget and reviews information pertaining to the operations of the Community Hubs within the Cluster. He/She also collaborates with the community partners and volunteers to develop community engagement and outreach plans that would engage and benefit both clients and the community.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and supervise the Community Hubs operations in pursuance to MINDS and the Cluster's overall vision and objectives
• Ensure the programmes in the Community Hubs are run in accordance to funding bodies' requirements with high standard of corporate governance. These programmes include drop-in services, community engagement, direct care services, Social Enterprises and Employment Development
• Provide trans- or multi-disciplinary case management inputs for the programmes and activities within the Cluster
• Provide guidance, mentoring, supervision to the Asst Manager, Community Hubs on the management of their programmes
• Oversee the budget planning and execution of the Community Hubs within the Cluster
• Manage the use of resources allocated in the Community Hubs within the cluster
• Review funding proposals for delivery of services for the programmes in the Community Hubs within the cluster
• Work with the Senior Manager, Regional Hub to ensure that resources with the Cluster are optimised and allocated efficiently
• Develop programmes and services that activate and work with the community partners and resources that drive community interactions between clients and the community
• Renew, develop and execute programmes which will enhance the quality of life of our clients, the caregivers and the community

• Degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Effective and good interpersonal and communication skills
• Motivated and able to work independently
• Passion to work with people with intellectual disabilities
