· Liaises with third-parties(i.e. design consultants, construction management consultants, contractors) to obtain the latest schedules in the appropriate programmed format for each phase (i.e. planning, design, bid/award, construction, start-up)

· Develops creative reporting tools (i.e. Gantt charts, activity network diagrams and etc.) to communicate complex project sequencing and/ or progress assessments

· Conducts constructability study/ workshop for heavy and critical equipment transportation/erection/installation with tender project team members, commercial, procurement and etc. at the appraisal and proposal stage

· Performs project performance analysis including earned value through the analysis of man-hour resources including productivity of third parties, equipment resources and cost loaded to monitor construction expenses/cost against planning

· Reviews construction requisition prepared by engineering discipline and troubleshoots bottle neck between construction and engineering project team members in order to achieve target schedule

· Maintains simplified logic schedules, implementing critical float path analysis to determine problem areas and alert the project team to critical scheduling issues

· Coordinates and validates schedules with cross functional team members and third party schedulers to update any changes to the master schedule to provide accurate reporting to the relevant stakeholders

· Provides progress reporting, developing/updating progress curves, documents and briefing materials as required to assess progress and measurement and promptly reports on schedule slippage/ variances

· Works with other project management team members as required to achieve functional objectives and deadlines

· Provides support in various projects as required to promote cross-functional learning and development, balance team workload and enhance overall team productivity

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Marine/ Engineering/ Electrical/ Mechanical, or related disciplines

· At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in construction planning in marine/ offshore related industry

· Experience with design-build and construction management at risk delivery methods
