Responsibilities

• To develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key corporate and maritime clients.

• To identify new business opportunities with existing accounts by collaborating with clients to develop corporate healthcare solutions to meet their evolving needs, including upselling or cross-selling additional services.

• To actively manage and track the end-to-end sales cycle of opportunities from lead generation to deal closing and contracting, including maintaining an up-to-date sales pipeline and disciplined process of client relationship management.

Requirement

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and proactive Senior Associate/Assistant Manager to join our SIFBI Corporate Administration team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support for the institute, as well as assisting the Corporate Admin group to ensure the smooth operations of the institute.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support for Senior Management:

a. Assist with preparation of documents and reports.

• Lead technical team in BIM operations from setting up of project to modelling to troubleshooting of model issues to ensure timely delivery of BIM model for Client’s design reviews, statutory submissions and tender documentation
