As a FECOS Inventory Control – Probe/PC at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing the management of the FECOS Probe team and PC (Production Control) team. These teams are primarily responsible to help to improve Probe and Non-Productive Wafers (NPW) Operations planning and execution within the tactical horizon window.

You will be responsible for collaborating with Front End Manufacturing Inventory output and Probe stakeholders to deliver probe tactical solutions and BKM sharing across the network as well as management of NPW to meet output plan at lowest cost. This will be achieved by developing metrics that clarify deliverables, and by providing front-end manufacturing experience and expertise and influencing key business partners (Supply Chain, SMAI, TSE, Procurement, IE etc). Tactical Leadership

· Conduct ongoing metrics reviews of critical group deliverables to business. • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of color management systems and prepress software.
• Familiarity with industry standards like ISO 12647 (print quality).

Main Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Financial Controller and working in a team, you will be responsible for the group consolidation and financial reporting, preparing financial statements and annual report for the Group.
• Assist in compiling full set of accounts at a group or subsidiary level and monthly management report
• Review and check the validity and accuracy of expenses reimbursement and payment application in compliance with delegation of authority and internal control policy.
• Review the existing workflow and recommend changes if necessary to ensure effective and efficient information transfer between South East Asia (SEA) and headquarter finance teams.
• Perform budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and investigate any anomalies and variances found.
• Prepare/review sales and purchase invoices and check balance with vendors/customers.
• Review and provide feedback on sales and purchase contracts, receivables, budgets and performance estimates.
• Liaise with external auditors / consultants on interim / annual audit and tax filing.
• Ensure effective internal controls in relation to financial reporting are in place, identify continuous improvement opportunities and execute the change management process.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or equivalent professional qualifications
• CPA/ACCA or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant accounting experience, with experience acquired in Big 4 and/or listed company is an advantage.
• Familiar with group accounting policies, tax requirement and internal control procedures. Experience in US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance is an advantage.
• Experienced in SAP S/4HANA preferred
