The Senior Designer will be responsible for design, craft and execution of innovative visual materials for integrated, cross-channel initiatives. This individual should possess keen conceptual and design skills and assist the Creative Director in improving the technical and creative performance of staff within his group.

You must have strong leadership skills and be able to inspire a team of designers, juggle multiple projects simultaneously, and work closely with clients. You must create a range of concepts and designs for each project. You must be able to partner with copywriters to ensure the copy and voice supports the concept. Responsibilities

A. Professional Practice

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform smooth running of daily operations and maintain a clean and safe environment for the patients
• Ensure all patients are attended pro-actively in terms of clinical care, administrative and customer services

Management & Financial Reporting

• Prepare customer invoices based on accounting procedures and manage accounts receivable ledger.
• Month end closing activities, such as preparation of journals and accounting entries in the general ledger.
• Prepare accounts analysis, reconciliations and any other financial reports / analysis as required.
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports, including budget/forecast.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• Qualified accountant
• Minimum 4 years relevant working experience, preferably with audit, MNC or construction companies.
• Knowledge of statutory, compliance and audit requirements in financial reporting.
• Conversant with accounting standards and practices.
• Knowledge of taxation processes and regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive goods from suppliers and contractors.
• Prepare and maintain Goods Inspection Records (GIR) and Quality Control (QC) reports.
• Verify shipments against purchase orders to identify any discrepancies, including over-shipments or short-shipments.
• Report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Note any rejected items upon receipt, document the reasons for rejection, and record them on the Delivery Order (D.O.).
• Issue Goods Return Notes for rejected items and coordinate with suppliers for their collection. Ensure relevant departments (e.g., Purchasing/Accounts) are notified to initiate debit notes.
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock.
• Unpack, label, and store goods appropriately for work-in-progress or stock purposes.
