Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will drive all matters relating to Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) within the organisation.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the development of fit-for-purpose ERM framework and policies
• Develop and maintain organisation wide risk appetite including monitoring of adherence to the risk appetite through associated Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
• Lead and/or support all phases of the design and delivery of the overall ERM plan, including but not limited to risk identification, monitoring, and controlling activities that include threat scanning and KRIs reviews.

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Research and Development (R&D), to lead innovative projects involving the development, marketing, and commercialization of motion systems for automation and robotics applications.
