The Senior Manager, Community Hubs drives, formulates, plans, designs and review the objectives, programmes and operations of the Community Hubs within the Cluster to suit the needs of clients and provides leadership oversight on the execution of these programmes. He/She manages the risk and quality of the programmes, monitors programme expenses to ensure they are within the budget and reviews information pertaining to the operations of the Community Hubs within the Cluster. He/She also collaborates with the community partners and volunteers to develop community engagement and outreach plans that would engage and benefit both clients and the community.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and supervise the Community Hubs operations in pursuance to MINDS and the Cluster's overall vision and objectives

Role Overview:

The Marketing Communications (Marcom) Manager will play a pivotal role in planning and executing media strategies with industry media, enhancing visitor experiences, and developing high-quality marketing content. Under the general guidelines of the Director of Sales, the Sales Manager solicits transient and group business that enables Mondrian Singapore Duxton to meet and/or exceed set revenue goals in rooms, events, meetings, conferences and food and beverage.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in an HR-related qualification is advantageous but not a prerequisite
• At least 5 years' experience dealing in full spectrum HR
• Payroll experience is a must
• Strong understanding of local employment regulations and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in HRMS tools and comfortable learning new tech platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate availability is preferred
