• Works within the Estimating Team, reporting to the Estimating Manager or Project Manager.
• Coordinates with other Discipline Estimators and Engineers.
• Maintains Company Pricing Databases.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline
• At least 7 to 10 years of relevant experience
• Estimating Electrical Works such as Power (HV, MV, LV) Equipment: Switchgears, Transformers, Generator, and UPS.
• Distribution and Containment, Lighting, Earthing, and Lightning Protection

• Prepare quality reports, perform process audit, develop & implements quality assurance standards, policies, processes & controls.
• Able to Liaise & resolve with customers on quality related issues.
• Data Compilation, Co-ordination and facilitation of all internal and external audits, re-certification of ISO 9001

Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates

· Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks

· Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching

· Receive complaints and resolve problems
