The Program Manager plays a critical part in CloudGo’s professional services, by managing our project management office (PMO) and the governance and oversight of the program of work we have on to ensure successful delivery of projects for both CloudGo and our customers and ensure an upward trajectory of success and growth. As the lead of the PMO this role is responsible for ensuring that we have the necessary processes and ways of work in place to meet the strategies and goals of CloudGo. This role will also lead and manage the project managers ensuring individual growth and development, and as we grow and mature ensure the project management team is structurally set up for success.

Key Responsibilities

· Accountable for the oversight and governance of all projects being delivered including overseeing budget and risk management.

· Facilitating key stakeholder meetings including regular steering committees with internal and customer teams, reporting on progress, issues, risks and contributing to issue resolution

· Manages stakeholder expectations, maintaining focus on overall governance deliverables agreeing and applying contractual terms of projects with the project managers

· Understands and engages expertise of others alongside own

· Leading and managing the Project Management team providing mentoring and support to the Project Managers including performance and salary reviews, interviewing and hiring of new staff etc

Job Overview

The Senior Manager/Director, Fundraising will be responsible for leading all fundraising strategies and activities for Centre for Fathering: DADs for Life and MUMs for Life.

This includes developing and executing an innovative, multi-channel fundraising plan to cultivate new donors and revenue streams, while stewarding and retaining existing supporters.

The person will oversee fundraising from individual donors, corporations, foundations, and other sources.

This is a senior leadership role that will build and manage a high-performing fundraising team.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to significantly increase revenue from diverse sources including individual donors, corporations, foundations, government grants, fundraising events, etc.
2. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of donor prospects through networking, research, and outreach
3. Responsible for all fundraising campaigns, appeals, events, grant proposals, corporate partnerships, and crowd-funding initiatives
4. Build a team of fundraising professionals that are passionate about of cause and mission on fathering
5. Set ambitious yet achievable financial goals and associated activity metrics for fundraising streams
6. Leverage data, analytics, and industry best practices to optimize fundraising efforts and donor communications

Qualifications and experiences

• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred
• > 10+ years of progressive fundraising experience across multiple channels and donor types
