The job entails:
· As first point of contact for day-to-day communication with Facultative accounts, follow up on correspondences and manage/maintain communications.
· Develops and communicates an understanding of client businesses, research on industry issues.
· Work with the Actuarial and Analytics Department and create a narrative to secure optimal solution for the clients.
· Collects insights and information on relationship satisfaction and reports results to senior management offering context and suggestions when needed to best ensure account satisfaction and retention.
· Acquires a fluency in the Company's various service offerings and market trends to enrich work performed and develop sales capabilities.
· A business producer, develop new business by actively sourcing additional business from existing clients as well as through new clients to accelerate revenue growth.
What you need to have:
· Degree in any discipline.
· Proficient in MS Office
· Have Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or equivalent or complete CGI within reasonable period upon employment.
· Currently working with at least 2 to 3 years experience in reinsurance industry. Knowledge of Facultative reinsurance and client-facing experience will be an advantage.
The ideal candidate should preferably possess:
· Possess a strong network with the reinsurers responsible for the South East Asia Region.
· Good communication and written skills in English.
· Meticulous and keen attention to details.
· Highly motivated and a team player with good interpersonal skills while concurrently being able to work proactively and work independently where required.
