Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will support the Marketing team’s initiatives by building a robust ecosystem through various system integrations and CRM to ensure a smooth user journey/ experience for our customers as well as a strong funnel for our sales and business development representatives.

We are looking for an exceptional Tech Lead who is able to champion all tech-led projects which includes combining subsystems into one integrated solution with strong CRM integration. Someone who thrives on interpersonal interactions, possess an innate drive that engage regularly with key stakeholders, and most importantly, excited about driving and managing the entire backend ecosystem for the business.

As part of the extended marketing team, you will be responsible for our members’ engagements and with our brands, leaders, partners and educational framework.

Role & Responsibilities

· Design (UI/UX), develop, install and manage application enhancements and upgrades based on the requirement of business needs;

· Research and recommend systems, equipment and technologies. Evaluate system performance, identify potential impact, and plan appropriate integration testing;

· Contributes to multiple projects and design changes in support of investigation and ensures system design and documentation meet all safety and regulatory compliance;

· Providing timely reporting on all engagement metrics and post event analysis;

· Provides technical support/ leadership and input on the application of technology on specific integration activities to the business;

· Advise on solution and integration opportunities to the defined segments;

· System engineering, architecture development, cost estimating, element selection and SoS validation;

· Ensures all functions of CRM system effectively work with other applications and operating systems for a seamless ecosystem;

· Manage the technology of the company to maximise the efficiency of the CRM data and software to improve customer care

· Ensure seamless tracking of customers’ behaviour throughout their journey with the company

· Play an integral part in building and maintaining warm yet professional communications with prospects, members and other key stakeholders, contributing towards our robust lead management processes; and

· Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.

Requirements

· At least 4 years of relevant working experience as a system integrator or similar role

· Competent in the design, development and execution of a seamless ecosystem with CRM integration to ensure a smooth user journey/ experience

· Ability to work independently and collaborate as a team player

· Comfortable with the use of IT equipment and software applications (i.e. Zoom) for conferencing and or webinars

Requirements

· Diploma/Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science/ Engineering, Software Engineering, System Engineering and or any other related fields

· Experience in software development, ability to design, implement and maintain network and other hardware infrastructure is a must with strong knowledge of systems engineering software tools

• Financial Accounting - Maintain accurate financial accounts and records for all business entities with supporting documentation. This also includes review of monthly group consolidation, compliance including but not limited to taxation;
• Financial Planning and Analysis - Providing business insights by preparing financial reports to roll out individual budgets;
• Policies and Procedures - Assist in formalizing and implementation on all the current and new policies and procedures with finance relevant;
• Independent and entrepreneurial - Show the ability to work with minimal direction in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment;
• Finance controllership – Enhance on process, compliance, governance and Opex;
• Mentorship – Provide guidance to develop our existing finance team.

COMPETENCIES

• BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA or CPA is a highly desirable
• At least 5 years’ experience in the finance industry and proven experience in listed company as CFO, financial controller, or relevant role
• Preferably have experience to walk through the listing of a company / IPO process before
• In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
• Ability to strategize and solve problems
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the executive presence to work with senior management, investors and external stakeholders.
• An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. Xero)
• Strong sense of work commitment and responsibility.
• CPA/ CA is a strong advantage
• Able to communicate in Chinese language to coordinate and handle queries from Chinese speaking counterparts in regards with the development of market content matters
