Role Overview: This role involves leading the technical team within Group Property Management, reporting to the Head of Group Property Management. The Technical Services (TS) team provides technical support and advice to Property Management (PM) portfolio teams, reviewing improvement works, building defects, and conversion projects across the asset portfolio, ensuring compliance with relevant building safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, organize, and monitor the work and resources of the TS team.

• Provide expert advice to local teams on critical structural or mechanical issues.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in building facilities management, project management, and integrated fitting-out works.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Certification as a Fire Safety Manager is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, planning, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Your mission

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business and / or project management or related field.
• Relevant project management certifications preferably PMP required.
• ITIL certification is beneficial.

• Advanced demonstrated project/program management experience preferably in a multinational Professional Services environment.
• Advanced client engagement experience.
• Advanced demonstrated understanding of the project/program life cycle.
• Advanced demonstrated competency in project/program change management.
• Advanced proven experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints.
