In this newly created role where you will be a part of the global HR organization, you are part of the HR leadership team and will play a pivotal role in the HR transformation journey to elevate the HR function, with a primary focus on driving TDCX's compensation and benefits strategy across the group.

You will be responsible for aligning the HR and total rewards strategy with overall company goals, ensuring employee satisfaction, productivity, fairness, and competitiveness in our total rewards strategy in order to attract and retain talent.

What is your mission?

• Spearhead the enterprise total reward strategy and policy which includes salary structures, bonuses, incentives, recognition and employee benefits programs.
• Partner with HR and business to integrate compensation and benefits into the TDCX performance management system. This could include developing and implementing performance appraisal guidelines and merit increase recommendations.
• Develop and manage organizational design process, including structure, span of control, job creation, evaluation, and job matrix.
• Conduct market analysis to determine the optimum compensation structure for all job levels and role types in the organization.
• Advise key business leaders on strategic planning, recommending solutions adapted to regional needs while maintaining global standards.
• Lead the benefits design/renewal process, and negotiation with external vendors.
• Maintain regular contact with regional and country-level HR leadership to identify overall total rewards-related needs.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and legislative regulations on salary and benefits requirements.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Overview of the Role

• The Project Manager/ Implementation Manager is expected to manage highly complex and time-sensitive client projects.
