Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper & Assistant Executive Housekeeper, the incumbent will be responsible to but not limited to the following, create and promote an atmosphere that ensures guests' satisfaction, a feel of home away from home. • Overall smooth operations of the Hotel housekeeping operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Role Purpose

To lead multi-disciplined project teams, with direct accountability for overall project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage retail store projects. Responsible for managing budget, schedule, procurement, quality and risk for individual store developments (new/refits/refresh) projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
• Demonstrate capability to read, understand and apply standard to complex documents affecting store development projects, including but not limited to work letters, project charters, presentations, surveys and drawings.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
• 5-10 years’ experience in store development
• Demonstrated ability to identify complex project risks, lead constructability reviews, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks
• Ability to comprehend, analyse, and interpret the most complex business documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues. Ability to write reports.
