We’re a team of engineers, designers, and product managers who build technology for the public good. We proactively identify areas where technology can help, test our prototypes with actual users, and bring our best ones to launch. This includes everything from building better frontend applications for citizens, to automating the internal operations of public agencies. We use and release open source software, keep a flat hierarchy, and bypass bureaucracy to focus on delivery. Our end goal is that through our work, Singapore becomes a model of how governments can use technology to improve the public good. The Senior Designer will be responsible for design, craft and execution of innovative visual materials for integrated, cross-channel initiatives. This individual should possess keen conceptual and design skills and assist the Creative Director in improving the technical and creative performance of staff within his group.

You must have strong leadership skills and be able to inspire a team of designers, juggle multiple projects simultaneously, and work closely with clients. Primary Function:

The individual will act as a bridge and force multiplier amongst Asia country product portfolio marketers, Corporate Portfolio Marketing and HQ Multiport/Single port BU (business unit) product management teams for management and marketing of systems, instruments, and accessories within Multi Port and Single Port robotic platforms. This role will have 30% upstream (working with BU Product Management and Corporate Portfolio Marketing) and 70% downstream (working with local markets’ Product Marketing teams, Asia Marketing Operations and Asia Commercial Operations) responsibilities. 

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support creation and alignment of product and marketing visions with sales and marketing stakeholders to launch advanced technology technologies and accelerate their adoption.
• Collaborate with peers in Asia regional product, clinical, hospital and digital product portfolio leaders to ensure coherent product visions and marketing strategies/tactics for the Asian countries 
• Collaborate with local markets and corporate partners to build country-specific Product Launch Book plans for major platform products in Asia. Ensure consistent planning process regionally with authentic product positioning, value messaging, clinical integration, and local commercial execution.  Conduct post-launch analysis with countries to track execution effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to achieve established launch goals.
• Collaborate with local markets, Asia marketing operations and Asia commercial operations teams to strategize and implement appropriate campaigns and training programs to launch and drive adoption of the Advanced Technologies Portfolio.
• Identify, establish, and promote best practices to improve the sales and marketing competence in the region.
• Identify gaps in marketing toolkits, e.g.  product claims, messages, QTI (quantify the impacts) references, and sales enablement tools.  Drive development or customization of such where necessary.
• Collect product features and product marketing feedbacks, from tradeshows, market research, customer interviews, focus groups, and KOL case observations. Generate such insights for both existing (post-market) and upcoming (pre-market) products in the pipeline.
• Develop in-country or in-region business justification for launch and development of new products.
• Develop productive relationships with regional KOLs and leverage them in their respective countries and internationally.

• Stakeholder Engagement and Partnership Building
  • Identify and organise collaborative initiatives with internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to student leaders, faculty, investors, sponsors, corporate partners.

  • Design and drive strategic review of curriculum for innovation & entrepreneurship education programmes.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate between application teams for setting up monitoring systems and developing application enhancements. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in application development and monitoring, with a focus on Java, Python, and containerized environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitoring Application Development:

· Develop and maintain robust monitoring systems for applications.

· Implement and configure tools like ELK stack and Grafana for monitoring purposes (if required).

Application Support and Enhancement:

· Provide support for applications running on OpenShift environments.

· Work on enhancements and resolve bugs in existing applications built with Java, Python, and Shell scripts.

Collaboration:

To provide the full suite of MEP cost and commercial management project services typically expected of our Commercial, Corporate Real Estate (CRE), Advanced Manufacturing/R&D and hospitality clients.

Job Description:

Full MEP cost & commercial management services from project inception to completion, including but not limited to, budget establishment, cost estimation, cost reporting, consultant and contractor procurement, valuations, contract administration, change control and administration and final account closure. Ability to work with a team of cost consultants across multiple projects.

Job Requirements & Person Specification

Mandatory requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, MEP engineering or similar
• Minimum of 8 years’ total QS/cost consultancy working experience in Singapore
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working on mission critical projects in Singapore
• Experience of at least two of the following- Commercial, CRE/office fit out project for an MNC, advanced manufacturing/R&D/laboratory project
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working with a QS/cost consultancy firm in Singapore
• At least one project with minimum project value of S$5 to S$10m.
• Based in Singapore or Singaporean
• Fluent in English with good interpersonal skills

Desirable attributes

• RICS or SISV qualification is an advantage.
• Familiarity with BIM, CostX, Glodon and other cost management tools.
• Ability to work with international stakeholders will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge and experience on Capital Allowances, Capex, LCC, Due diligence reports.
• Ability to provide full cost management solutions on builders works in addition to MEP works
