We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in managing contracts, cost estimation, and claims processes. The ideal candidate will oversee contract administration, collaborate on site with construction teams, and ensure financial accuracy and compliance in project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer building contracts on-site, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
• Prepare, review, and verify progress claims with clients and subcontractors.
• Perform cost estimation analysis, measurement, and valuation for accurate budgeting and financial tracking.
• Work closely with on-site teams to monitor project progress, providing guidance and support as necessary.

Requirements:

• Experience in high-speed connector design for datacom segments is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, cost estimation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with industry-standard analysis tools.
• Proven leadership abilities and attention to detail in a construction setting.

• Self-motivated, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage as dealing with Chinese clients is required.

• Preparation of legal documents/ contracts and correspondence including drafting, reviewing, and revising documentation.
• Working on any other tasks as assigned by the CEO from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Corporate Governance, Law, Finance, Accounting or other relevant disciplines.
• At least 3 years of similar working experience or with background in consulting or project implementation will be an advantage.
• Knowledge in international trade laws, e.g. antidumping duties, countervailing duties, anti-subsidies duties are preferred.
• Good understanding of company law requirements.
• Knowledge of company structure (preferred internationally).
• Basic knowledge of international sanction regimes will be an advantage.
• Well-versed in business process modelling and business workflow.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
• Team player with strong organization, people handling skills and attention to detail.
