• As a Senior Vessel Manager, you will assume full responsibility for the safe operation of a fleet of bulk carrier and Gas vessels assigned to you.

• Ensure all quality system documentation required including Project Management Plan, Project Quality Plan and associated method statements, Work Procedures and Inspection & Test Plans are prepared.
• Approve the Project Management Plan, Project Quality Manual and other project specific documented procedures.
• Chair the Project Quality System Review meetings as required.
• Appoint staff to be responsible for control of documents and records, control of inspection, measuring and test equipment and control of temporary works design and construction.
• Ensure that are activities are carried out to the highest HSE & Quality standards.
• Negotiate price, special conditions and addenda with all sub-contractors including nominated sub-contractors and vet sub-contract documents.
• Agree Final Accounts with sub-contractors and the Client in conjunction with the Director.
• Ensure those bonds, warranties and guarantees required are obtained and submitted and/or retained in accordance with the Contract requirements.
• Review and agree sub-contractors’ interim payment certificates against works completed

We are recruiting for a Listed Real Estate Company and their current AUM stands at about SGD3 billion and looking to continue to grow. They will be focusing on industrial/logistics spaces and have the capability to acquire land/projects under development.

You will be assisting in formulating investment strategies that are in line with the overall business plan, identifying suitable investment targets (industry/sector, company, etc) and generate investment leads (direct and indirect) to fulfil assigned targets. You will be independently handling execution of financial modelling, feasibilities and investment papers for deals and structuring them to optimize returns. You will be assisting in negotiations and closing deals in a time efficient manner etc.

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate/Finance/Investment or relevant discipline
• Minimum 8 years of relevant real estate investment experience having seen the end to end cycle preferably
• Exposure to capital markets would be an added advantage
• Willingness to travel

Responsibilities

· Responsible for group monthly closing processes, group consolidation, financial reporting, variance analysis, annual audit and tax compliance

· Prepare materials for Board meetings and SGX/HQ results announcements

· Group budgeting and forecast processes

· Oversee and coordinate the preparation of Group’s annual report

· Provide guidance to local and overseas subsidiaries on accounting and financial reporting matters

Requirements

· Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy

· Minimum 8 years of relevant accounting and/or audit experience with at least 3 years in managerial role and/or SGX reporting

Your Mission: As our Senior Manager, Treasury based in Singapore and reporting to the Senior Director Treasury Operations , your role will be pivotal for our capital structure planning and execution, foreign exchange exposure analysis, execution of derivative transactions and hedging activities, credit risk management, banking relationship management, rating agency relationship management, liquidity management as well as day-to-day treasury operations, such as cash management and investments.

· Cash management - Manage all cash and set related policies. Develop a full cash forecasting system as well as structures that maximize cash flow for the Company and minimize funding requirements globally. Proactively manage cash position to optimize opportunities in the current credit environment.

· Funding - Evaluate, recommend, and execute funding and investment strategies; evaluate, approve and manage all bank borrowing lines and other credit facilities for the business entity and its subsidiaries; develop plans to ensure liquidity and lowest cost of capital.

· Capital structure planning and analysis - Lead the efforts to better understand the appropriate capital structure and how business and funding decisions impact the return on invested capital.

· Risk control - all risk management activities, including foreign exchange planning and execution, credit and derivatives risks, interest rate risk (a proven ability to operate effectively in these areas is required).

· External stakeholder relationships - Manage finance relationships, including commercial and investment banks, credit rating agencies, and other providers of services for treasury operations.

· Treasury processes and technology - Ensure process controls and discipline are in place and aligned with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements; ensure that treasury systems are adequate and provide accurate information in a timely manner and within the bounds of regulatory compliance mandates.

· Occasional business travel globally.
