We’re looking for a design-centric Marketing & Communications Executive / Senior Executive with passion for creating engaging publicity materials and good understanding of social media marketing.

• Be responsible for the full creative process for marketing communications;
• Support conceptualization, ideation and creation of marketing materials directed at B2C customers;
• Plan social media campaign strategies to increase audience engagement;
• Manage social media campaigns on various online platforms such as WeChat, TikTok, Instagram, Weibo, Facebook and the company website;
• Design graphics and images to support social media campaigns;
• Write marketing copies for social media content to increase brand awareness;

Requirements

In a challenging and multicultural environment, we seek for a Business analyst/tester to join our Core Banking IT department in charge of the development and maintenance of the International Core Banking System of the company. This information system is deployed in 25 business units all around the world. As a Business Analysts within the CCS department, primarily responsible to lead the design and improvement of the Cash Management digital platform, as well as support and maintain it, and provide strategic solutions for new features adapting to agile and scrum methodologies.

Main responsibilities

• You’ll will be accountable for driving the entire lifecycle of feature development and delivery.
• Lead as a feature owner, taking charge of feature requirement analysis, estimation for the topic, stakeholder engagement, requirement baseline establishment, and collaboration with technical leads and product owners.
• Provide detailed estimates for work packages in the WBS to facilitate project planning and execution
• Drive the creation of user stories, setting up acceptance criteria’s with Feature files and ensure thorough grooming of requirements for developers.
• Validation of development results, performing end-to-end testing of complete feature with product owner agreement for test cases as well as in validating the results.
• Oversee the feature handover for UAT testing with all evidences of end-to-end testing and including support until delivery to Production.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for the existing cash management & reporting applications, ensuring its stability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
• Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to drive project success.

Qualifications and Profile

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, in cash management and reporting domains, with expertise in financial messing standards such as MT940, MT950, CAMT053, MT942, CAMT052, MT910/100, CAMT054, PAIN & PACS.
• Strong expertise in cash management and payment processing, particularly aligned with CBPR+ and SEPA rulebooks.
• Proficiency in SEPA, cross-border and Asia payments types including credit transfer, direct debits and real-time payments.
• Extensive experience with payments processing engines, covering end-to-end processing for high-value payments (HVPS), low-value payments (LVPS) and real-time gross settlement (RTGS) systems
• In-depth knowledge of various banking channels, including accounting processes, reconciliation, settlements and reporting mechanism in global cash management
• Proficient in gathering requirements, possessing excellent documentation skills, and demonstrating effective communication abilities to ensure clear understanding and alignment among stakeholders
• Solid knowledge in creating feature files, ensuring thorough documentation and clarity in specification of development teams.
• Strong understanding of application architecture flow, enabling the ability to grasp the global picture and conduct effective requirements analysis
• Proven experience in leading the design and implementation of complex features and applications.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum working methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills with an attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
