• Supervise, mentor, and train junior staff in the corporate tax team, ensuring their professional growth and development.
• Manage and allocate resources to ensure the successful delivery of client projects.
• Review work prepared by junior staff and ensured high-quality service delivery.

Research & Technical Analysis:

• Conduct research on complex tax issues and provide clients with technical advice based on the latest tax legislation and case law.
• Stay updated on tax developments, including local and international tax regulations, and share insights with clients and the team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or relevant discipline preferably with a professional qualification as recognised by SCTP
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate tax, with experience in a mid-tier or Big 4 tax firm preferred.
• Must be familiar with Singapore Tax guidelines.
• Strong understanding of corporate tax laws, regulations, and tax accounting.
• Experience in providing tax advisory services, with a focus on strategic tax planning and risk management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop junior team members.
• Proficiency in tax software and financial reporting tools is advantageous.
