• Identify possible risks to project and stakeholders as well as create contingency plans to mitigate these risks

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

The tasks that await you
As a Senior Operations Manager, you will ensure the daily planning, execution, and optimisation of voyages, all while mentoring and empowering colleagues and trainees to grow and succeed.

Your primary responsibilities will further include:

• Voyage planning: Plan the ship's voyage, including the load and discharge operations, ordering materials, bunkers and updating itineraries.
• Communication: Communicate with Internal teams as well as with the crew, charterers, agents, stevedores and other third parties.
• Documentation: Handle bills of lading, letters of indemnity, manifests, laytime, freight invoices, calculations and other paperwork.
• Problem-solving: Identify ways to increase productivity and resolve issues.

Your competences and core qualifications
You display a focus on combined efforts, ensuring joint goals take precedence over individual aims.

In addition, you bring:

• Min 5 years’ experience as a Vessel Operations Manager in Multipurpose or Projects.
